The room is ok. Abit of an old building but is enough. There wasn't any toothbrush. But mah be able to ask. Had to ask for technician to fix my tv for channels. Quite old school. But good enough for stay and sleep. And affordable price. The rooms is true to the pictures . And there is a laundry room. But will have to pay and bring your own detergent.

Water has rust, when just turned on, very yellowish colour, when flush toilet, whole toilet turned dark rust color, I had to let water running for long time before water become clear. Opposite my room, there are 2 mobile phone towers facing directly to my window, on the opposite street right hand side there are at least another 6 mobile phone towers , the whole areas basically not stay to live. No comb, no slippers, terrible. Staff are friendly. The price of hotel suddenly jump more than 50% higher next few days, the prices were listed lower when I came. Room is too small not worth the money, plus quite a walking distance from subway, hotel provide car to take people to subway every hour, opposite to subway there is a big shopping mall.

Great place to I had a short trip to Thailand and the hotel location was absolutely perfect! Just a few steps to Emphere Mall – super convenient. Morning and evening walks around the area were lovely. The address was also very easy to find. However, the facilities were a bit worn out. The toilet tank ran out of water and although it was fixed in the evening, it got stuck again the next morning. The room had a slightly odd smell, and I suspect the bedsheets and mattress cover are quite old. Replacing them or adding an extra layer would help a lot. That said, the double room was very spacious and the price was quite reasonable!

very disappointed at the equipment of this hotel. However, staffs were all kind and helpful. The gym was worst. Treadmill situation was being locked for no reasons.

I would not recommend staying here even though the price was attractive. I have to praise the front desk staff and the maintenance guys for being friendly and helpful as best they can, but the hotel itself is falling apart around them no it’s not their fault, but the ownership and management who need to figure out how to make things work and provide a better stay experience. Our first room 325 turned out to have leaking pipes me the bedroom started to flood after we took a shower. Turns out there was another room on level 2 with a leak from the exhaust fan in the bathroom too, while I was at the front desk reporting this. In our room the water was actually coming up from between the floorboards under the bed! The rooms looked old and tired, you can tell it was a nice hotel at one time but it’s in terrible need of renovation. About the mattresses - I’m a slim Asian who likes firm mattresses but these were too hard even for me, so if you like soft mattresses be warned! We got moved to room 427, which is what I took photos of. The bathroom walls and bathtub edges were sealed with contact paper, not real tiles. It just looked very makeshift like the owners didn’t have the funds to make proper repairs. Then this room (and a couple of others apparently) started to smell of solvent like from paint or glue. The staff checked and found out that it was coming through the vents from a bathroom on the 7th floor and turned off the exhaust fan in that room, but the smell lingered in our room for 2 hours before dissipating. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant (which served South Indian food the rest of the day) was quite a sorry sight. The best thing I think was the egg station. Everything else was rather ordinary but the hot foods were almost always cold, which is a big no-no for us. Location is a short way down Soi 22 off Sukhumvit road, directly across from the EM Sphere food mall which is convenient. It’s surrounded by massage parlours and bars, and some Indian restaurants. Wouldn’t stay here again unless management does a good overhaul of the rooms which seem to be falling apart.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with easy access to a great shopping mall just across the street that has everything you need, including a supermarket. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience and excellent service!

Great location. Old fashioned but comfy room. Laundry area. Pool is small but great to have when it’s hot. Could do with a little TLC but good value for money. Helpful staff

Very convenient. its near everything. We ran out of hotel to boon but we saw this hotel which is near the BTS station. The staff are friendly and accommodating

Great hotel. There were some issues though. Firstly, the bed was super hard. After the 1st night's sleep, I had to try to fix it. Went to the lobby and asked if there's any way to change room with a softer bed. The staff was so helpful. Yoon speaks good English and was very helpful. In less than half hour, she had arranged extra bed linings to help cushioning the mattress. Water pressure for the shower head was low. And hot water didn't come fast enough. After a while, I kinda got used to it. The location is great too. Big mall less than a min walk away, and nice pubs/restaurants along the streets. 2 BTS just 10 mins walk away. Booked the hotel at a cheap price, and didn't expect 5 star quality. Housekeeping came everyday and refilled the water bottles. Overall, it's better than expected, will definitely go back again.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly (So, koko and receptionists). Breakfast is nothing remarkable and same breakfast everyday (esp Indian breakfast) is quite boring.
