This is the best hotel we ever stayed in China, service is 100% as they had robot to send our food delivery and helped us to make Taobao package return. Very close to the metro station, the room is clean and tidy, all receptionists are very helpful and nice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Beijing.

Very strategic location, just a bit confusing when you book a didi. Many eateries nearby, including 2 in the lobby. You can have traditional breakfast at the adjacent building. Room is spacious, complete amenities, and what I really love is that they got bidet in thw toilet. Definitely worth for a comfortable stay

The hotel is clean and fresh especially no smoking smell. They also have little robot to send your food. The toilet is also godsent for Malaysian for having the water Tibet to wash.

Negative point: Hotel room: awkward shower head position. Unable to handsfree shower
Security observation: accessible to all visitors in building housing 2 hotels, airline office and f&b outlet, delivery meals and parcels. People lounging in comfy sofa regardless of hotel guests or non- guests.

Busy hotel with 2 other hotels reception sharing one lobby. All 3 hotels share 2 elevators. Rooms are clean. Laundry service is very limited with dryer that heat but didn't dry the clothes. Wasted 1.5hrs. So many other guests smoking in their rooms that smoke travel to my room.

Wonderful place, big room size and clean. But not good for friends/ family. The bathroom reveals too much. It's translucent. 🤣🤣

In overall we are satisfied staying in Palace Beijing International Trade for 6 nights. At 1st, I am still worry whether will it be a good choice when I book this hotel since there is another hotel in the same building. What a surprise, the hotel turn out as expected like the photo in the gallery. 5-7 mins walk to the MRT station exit 3 or C 口. Turn right after exit the hotel & walk straight. The hotel is still looks new as it completed in 2024, clean & bed is comfortable. Amenities such as towel (is soft & new), slippers (good quality), makeup mirror, hair dryer, a small tower warmer/heater rack, hand wash liquid & lotion at the sink area, shower gel, shampoo (good & not necessary to use the conditioner after that. I can feel that the hair is smooth) & conditioner. Nice night city view. Suggest to book a room with sofa as you will have space for your luggage if you have more than 1. Staff are friendly & they will try their best to assist you. We order food from **. Just key in your room number & hotel contact number. The hotel staff will use the robot to deliver your item to your door step. Super convenience! We booked the room without breakfast & have no issue to get the breakfast as there are some eatery beside the hotel. It’s a best deal as the room rate are average since it’s near to the CBD area. It would be great if the hotel have foot massage service as we walk a lots in Beijing.

The hotel is 1 of 3 located under 1 roof. Interesting concept but the facilities are very good. The only drawback was the AC wasn’t working. The manager provided a fan which helped a little. Several restaurants and eateries located around hotel within a 5min walk. Translating apps bridge the language barrier and menu translation.
