This hotel truly amazed me! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could sense the high quality and professional service. The room was spacious and bright, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were all there. The staff was warm and courteous, always attending to my needs promptly. It was a fantastic stay, highly recommended!

So pleased when the warm smile of one Vallary at the reception, her warm welcome and perfect introduction made as feel Bliss is home. She handled our group perfectly, great briefing I highly recommend Bliss resort to anyone planning to visit Mombasa anyday. All in all Vallary is 6 star

The water was cold and had to shower at night and also very early in the morning with cold water. The staff especially the cashier was not interested in what i had to say. Never cared to even apologize or acknowledge the problem. She was busy asking me to pay and reading out the payment details instead of first listening to my reason for checking out. I have stayed like three other times where i enjoyed the showers but because of the treatment i got as a loyal customer, i won’t be coming back again

No ambience in the management,was working as a receptionist they keep hiring and firing you with the fear of giving contracts if you ask why they don't sign they say in two days you'l sign"Words from Ramesh"..in less than a month I was there close to five employees have gone with no payment...No HR at the hotel.My ex colleague Liz(Elizabeth)is still following up on her payments that the company never paid and they never get back to her whenever she asks for it shame!!!!!Paraas brings people that he knows in the company to replace others..favourism I will say...I'm still waiting for my balance which they have never paid or are willing to pay..this would push me to the extend of even suing the company... Management especially paras and Ramesh very arrogant,bossful ,rude as long as their pockets are full that's what matters to them not employees...I wonder why they conduct interviews with no clear rules or signed documents....such an awful company to work for!!!!!!!!!!!

Good welcoming service. The staffs are well trained with professionalism. The food breakfast and dinner was good, I enjoyed my meals. Clean rooms with essentials needed in the room. Enjoyed the pool, they have two, one is a mini pool. Keep up the good service.

It was a clean nice room. We stayed in the executive room. They have a 24 Hour restaurant and the f and b service was really good. The front office staff was also really helpful and friendly. The house keeping staff were also always available. The only main concern we had was no hot water available in the showers. It was the same for all the rooms and we complained about it but nothing was sorted out. Overall it was a good hotel

I recently stayed at Bliss Hotel during my school trip and it was absolutely amazing! We had the best time and made unforgettable memories. The service was so good and the food was delicious too! Bliss Hotel is a really nice place to stay, I highly recommend it!

1) room bathroom stinking of sewerage 2) the gym was pathetic ….. if you decided to have a gym Atleast maintain the machines . Keep some water and towels 3) no non dairy milk available ….. in todays day and age who doesn’t keep non dairy milk 4) average breakfast - it took the waiters 20 mins to get me a black cup of coffee

The rooms are spacious and beddings comfortable. Bathroom has good water and the cleaning is very good. The food is also good. Customer service is good and the place is quite without any noise from outside. I will recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Mombasa then Bliss resort is the place to be.

I find that the bliss resorts hotel is the best hotel I have ever visited in my entire life, the staff are really nice and the food is a real delight, you could enjoy yourself even for days, I I would advise you to go to this hotel, because the beautiful moments that I spent with my friends I did not regret them at all, this hotel deserves all the success in the world and also the manager and the staff, God bless them because it's thanks to them that this hotel is so much better and warmer and also it's thanks to them that you feel at home and well taken care of, god truly bless them.
