CityBlue Creekside Hotel & Suites
"I like the view from this hotel"
Voyager Beach Resort
"The resort is big and good , but half board can’t be good without a drink not even drinking water ! How can u offer food without a simple drink?? U want people to choke ?"
PrideInn Hotel Nyali
"It was a small but lovely hotel. Hotels in Mombasa have a lot of problems, and I expect further efforts to be made depending on the attitude of the staff and management. Thank you."
Serena Beach Resort & Spa
"Excellent beach location. The hotel even has a dedicated area to protect sea turtles that come ashore to lay eggs. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxed, with beautiful greenery, landscaping, and sea views."
Cowrie Shell Beach Apartments Official
"If I hadn’t mentioned it, no one would have known about the remote. I was charged KES 5,900 simply because I was in the middle of checking out and trying to catch my train. A replacement remote does not cost KES 5,000. Milkah, I’m very disappointed with how this situation has been handled and with the way we have been treated as guests. Rather than investigating what happened, the responsibility was immediately placed on us and we were charged without sufficient justification. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I will be reflecting it in my review."

PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort & Spa Mombasa
"Very nice hotel with beautiful environment and good service"
Sentrim Castle Royal Hotel
"Everthing was perfect"
Travellers Beach Hotel & Spa
"Still pretty good"

PrideInn Flamingo Beach Resort & Spa Mombasa
"The hotel left a pleasant impression. - The food is mostly Indian and local, but there's always a European corner with pasta and salads. The snack bar has odd hours, but it's there—if anyone's looking for pizza, I recommend going straight for it. We had grill nights outside several times with octopus, shawarma, and other delicious treats. It's especially cool that they combine dinner and entertainment in the outdoor area. - The alcohol and cocktails are good, special thanks to bartender Martha in the lobby. If you're reading this, then one Virgin Mary, please 💃🏻 - The room is spacious, cleaned perfectly, there are shampoos and gels, but no toothbrushes or toothpaste. There's also no iron or ironing board in the room (and no request). There's no minibar either. - We used the laundry—no complaints. The pool is large, you can swim right under the bridge, and there are plenty of sun loungers. The waterfall is awesome. The bar on the pool is good, the guys are great, and they don't skimp on the alcohol. You can easily get drunk by lunchtime. The hotel grounds are beautiful and green. The gardener gave us a tour of the rabbits and birds. They're constantly trimming, planting, and watering. The monkeys are a minus. They're not as cute as they look in the video. If you have food in your hands, they'll get aggressive and immediately attack in a pack. It's especially dangerous if it's a blue monkey🐒 The beach is guarded and clean, but the seaweed makes swimming almost impossible. Vendors don't come in. The sand is white like in the Caribbean. There's no beach bar (there is one, but you have to pay). There's entertainment somewhere, but no one bothers you if you want to relax. Evening shows are like everywhere else. There are pool tables in the lobby – they're popular. Overall the impression is good: a solid 4 stars, but for Africa it might be 5."
Sai Rock Beach Hotel & Spa
"The rooms needs uograde ."
Plaza Beach Hotel
"Frankie and the rest oi f the staff at restaurant were extremely pleasant and very professional. The hotel is lucky yo have such great employees!"
Bliss Resort
"A major draw for guests is the tremendous value provided by the portions served, generous enough for 2 to 3 people. Combined with the resort's pleasant ambiance, a good mastery of indian cuisine and attentive service, it remains a premier choice for food-focused travellers in Nyali."
Sheratton Regency Hotel
"It can only be said that it is very average"
Hotel English Point Marina & Spa
"Checked in experience was horrible as the staffs not friendly as well as not accommodating to some requests."
Mira Heights Suite & Conferencing
Cocoa Luxury Resort
"The location is great right at the beach. Breakfast was bad,not many options no fresh bread just 3 kind of potatoes oily sausages and eggs. We order food from outside. The place is run down needs a complete makeover."
Cocoa Boutique Hotel
"I love a good boutique hotel and this one did not disappoint. The service was excellent and the accommodations were luxurious. I witnessed some of the most amazing sunrises from my King Suite balcony and was killed to sleep every night by the sounds of the Indian Ocean. The meals were excellent and some of the best food I had while in Kenya. I can’t wait to return after the renovations are all complete"
Neptune Beach Resort - All Inclusive
"This is a fantastic hotel. I really cannot find any faults for the 2 weeks that we stayed for. The pool guy Danson looked after us like we were his family. He is such a credit to the hotel and I hope the hotel can reward him for outstanding service. Kalimbo the gardener brought us fresh coconuts and prepared them for us to drink. Thank you kalimbo. Gibson at the bar made sure we were properly hydrated without us having to leave the sun lounger. Thank you Gibson. For my partner’s birthday they even made a special cake for her and sang happy birthday. She was so happy so thank you. We also got up early to watch the monkeys a couple of times and they are so cute and funny. This was a holiday that was so good we plan to come back again."
Tamarind Village Hotel Apartments
"The food was amazing with good service always with a smile. Everyday we returned it was a warm greeting. The rooms/apartments are beautiful and everyone is different with a fully fitted kitchen if you did not want to use the restaurant facilities"
