"Good hotel and more affordable than many on this coastline. Stayed here while attending a conference at PrideInn Paradise and no complaints! Only issue was that the trip booking was not showing on arrival but the hotel were amazing and sorted it out. Huge rooms with kitchen, fridge,kettle which was great for making tea!"

"First they did not granted booking with breakfast included. So we did not have breakfast although it was paid for. Second their wifi was totaly unreliable, unstable, that ‘cost’ me missing a very important Teams meeting. Third it was misleading advertised as Sherraton (somewhere else Sheratton), with business suite and wi-fi. Fourth they (mis)advertised having jakuzi which does not exist in the hotel, but only good swimming pool. In sum, it was hugely over costly for the service (non)provided. Total waste."

"I decided to take a walk to the facility in Mombasa and probably consider a booking. On arriving, the guard gave me a weird look and asked where I was heading to. I told him and he refused to open the gate. He chased me and uttered some words. I understood it's because I didn't come in driving. Went to the next facility where will spending 4 nights. The customer service there is top-notch and the place is full. Do such hotels understand what they lose with poorly trained staff at the point of entry? One of these days I would like to meet one of the directors of Neptune and ask him qualifications of accessible Neptune. That name all inclusive should be out to action"
