Nice hotel, cleanliness in common area could be improved

The location is great because it has an ocean view, but it is far from downtown. Taxi fare is quite expensive. The cleaning is generally good, but I was a little surprised because there was a lot of dust in the bathroom exhaust fan.

The location was great. The room was spacious and relaxing. However, there were spider webs in the room and it seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned properly, but I thought it was within the acceptable range. I'd like to use it again when I go to Miyakojima. Thank you very much.

The hotel view is very good and the facilities such as Balmuda oven and coffee pot were good, but I got hives on my body after staying here..! I think people with sensitive skin should consider it.

Everything about the hotel is great, the sea is beautiful, the room can be used for cooking, and the bed is comfortable. There is almost no service. The price of an apartment hotel is still too high.

The ocean view from the front room was amazing. (We weren't blessed with good weather though...) They also changed bath towels and other items every day, which was very helpful. This time we had a room with tatami mats, which was comfortable, but the kids had some kind of allergy to house dust and looked like they were having a hard time. I don't know if it was the futon or something else that caused it. There was a vacuum cleaner provided, so we cleaned it diligently, but they looked like they were having a hard time until the end. So, sorry, but I've given it a cleanliness rating of 3. I didn't mind because it was a nice place to stay, but the building was a little dated and the door to the room didn't close well. 4 nights, 5 days, no meals

Since it was off-season, I was able to stay there for a very cheap price. The room was spacious for the price. The facilities were old in places, but it seemed to be well-cleaned.

A hotel costing 1,500 a night is very poor value for money. The toiletries are very basic, and the ointment is only enough for one use. After using it, you have to go to the front desk to find a new one. The laundry detergent is only provided for free once, so when you run out, go to the front desk and pay 100 yen to buy it. The sewer smells bad. Putting some potion on it will make it a little better. But there is still a smell. There are very few staff and the front desk is deserted by noon. Ask some restaurants or something, and ask me to download the app myself to find the answer. Besides, as promised, because of the orientation, the clothes will dry quickly. There is a small harbor nearby, making it safe to take children swimming. Later I moved to the Hilton Hotel, and the service and facilities were really unsatisfactory. It’s really one price for one experience.

I was traveling alone, so I wanted to enjoy the location and requested a room on a higher floor, and I was happy that I was upgraded. Is there no "single person plan" on the official website? If possible, I would like you to consider a "slightly cheaper single person plan." At a certain remote island resort, the solo travel plan is 30% off the regular price, the same as the early bird discount 90 days in advance. I think it's an expense for a safe solo trip, but if there is a reasonable plan, I would think "add another night." I also think that solo travel with the purpose of "doing nothing" is a luxurious time.
