"I stayed in the West Wing, and it smelled moldy! I felt sick just by entering the room. The food was also made with cheap ingredients and was not tasty. They served cheese fondue, but it was a stale French bread with boiled sweet potato and two slices of sausage, so it was a poor meal. The only thing they have here is a bath! A day trip bath is enough. I never want to stay here again!"

"This is an inn where you can really feel the Japanese atmosphere. With the lake stretching out before you, you can wake up in the morning in a pleasant mood. For breakfast, we had rice with rice toppings and seasonal vegetables."

"I participated in an event, and the private open-air bath was amazing. There is a large public bath, but it is undeniably old, so although it must be difficult to manage, I would be happy if they could improve it. Specifically, I would like the bath to be a little bigger and the space to be a little more open. I went there without doing any research, so I found out later that there was also a bath on the mountainside, and I would like to use that next time. Also, breakfast was a buffet, and it was delicious. The stewed offal in particular was so delicious that I had to have seconds. You can camp in the spring and summer, and there is a well-equipped washing area, so you can see the effort that has gone into it. In winter, there is a ski resort right in front, so it seems like there are many different activities to do, and it seems like a hotel I would like to use again."

"Sarugakyo Onsen. I booked a twin room, but was surprised to find that there were four beds in the room. The heating was very powerful and the room warmed up quickly. There was a buffet in the evening, with live sushi, tempura, and sirloin steak. There wasn't a lot of food, but everything was there. I was also happy that there was free alcohol. There was also table tennis and a lounge. However, it was a shame that the karaoke sound from the lounge next door leaked into the room on the second floor."

"The room is clean and the toilet has no smell. There was no problem with the room temperature, and I didn't notice any discomfort from the draft. There are many types of dinners and the taste is good. You can try them again."

"My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 30th year of employment. The first thing that impressed us was the dinner we had upon arrival. The sashimi platter, braised Shimonita pork, a small hotpot of conger eel, grilled sweetfish, and stone-grilled Joshu beef sirloin were all delicious. My wife, who is usually quiet, commented, "I feel like I'm enjoying the most delicious beef I've ever had in my life." The room was also cozy and spacious, like a living room. The view from the window and the sound of the babbling river were soothing. The hot spring water left my skin feeling smooth, and the view from the open-air bath, surrounded by the forest and the sound of the river, created wonderful memories for us. On the way back, we stopped off at Doai Station, Japan's most popular mole station, which I'd always wanted to visit, and it was a fun trip. I'd like to return in a different season. "A little old but solid building with facilities. Originally for national public servants? I stayed as a visitor at the facility. It may be unavoidable because it is a visitor, but the meal was a room meal. The food was very delicious. We recommend a small family bath next to the large communal bath. Maybe it's a free-flowing bath."
