"The inn is beautifully designed and is perhaps one of the most comfortable places I've had the opportunity to stay in. The onsen baths located in this inn are very clean, and they provide all the amenities you'll need for a stay. The hospitality was amazing - from the valet when you arrive to the impeccable service during the meals. The dinner is also very much an experience in and of itself; not to mention how well the wait staff made sure to attend to any of our needs.
In all I would highly recommend Tatsumikan and will be visiting again when I have the chance."

"The location is a bit remote, the elderly male reception staff is very enthusiastic, the room space is large and well maintained, but it feels like the age of the building. The meal is quite delicious, but there are a few dishes that are western-style, and I am not very used to eating. I want to eat local traditional cuisine. Overall a relaxing hotel."

"A newly built modern hotel that comes with a private onsen in your balcony. Dinner with fusion which is not the usual for ryokan stays. You get to choose between Japanese or Western cuisine which we opt for Japanese and it was delicious! it's just a 6mins walk down to the Supermarket. Will definitely come back some day again!"

"[Location]
It's easy because there is a shuttle bus from Minakami Station.
【service】
He is very polite and looks at our customers.
(If you accidentally dropped the ingredients during the breakfast buffet, an employee at a distance told me ”I'm OK as it is.”)
[Cleanliness]
I thought the exterior was a bit rough (the exterior of the lobby was beautiful), but the interior was very beautiful. Surprisingly beautiful.
[Facilities and amenities]
・ You can drink coffee and apple juice freely in the lounge. (I drank apple juice but it was very delicious.)
-Take toilet paper in the room toilet
It is a bit disappointing that the rattling sound reverberates in the bedroom.
・ There is a fireplace beside the lobby and it looks like an Instagram.
[General]
The hotel itself was very beautiful and the service was good.
I would definitely stay here when I went over the water.

"The cospa was the best. It was 2 meals per night and all-you-can-drink at night. This is the second use of this term. I was beaten by the school discount ... (bitter smile). It was a little disappointing that when the parking lot was full and I parked in a remote place, I wonder if I wanted you to guide me a little better."

"It can be said that it is a very satisfying hotel experience. You can give 151 points out of 150 points.
First of all, talk about transportation. When I took the railroad to reach Minakami, I went to Japan to buy a traffic card, and I could n’t contact the hotel. So I went to the sightseeing case opposite the station and asked where to call. The staff inside helped me directly to the hotel for them to pick up.
Then inside the hotel, I ordered the room with an open-air bathtub. The space for living alone is very large. I can go to the hot spring whenever I want.
Dinner and breakfast are included in the accommodation fee, it can be said that the price is very high. And dinner and breakfast are very rich, guaranteed to be three pounds out. If it is the hot spring in the collective bathroom, it is recommended to go after dinner, because the room is just next to the collective bathroom, so I heard it very clearly. Everyone concentrated on going in the afternoon. Basically, it was a private booking at 9-10pm.
But of course there are criticisms and derogations, that is, the sound insulation is a bit inadequate. Of course, the speech in the next room cannot be regarded as the hotel's fault.
But overall I am very satisfied with this stay. Highly recommended to go to this small town to experience slow life."

"Awesome hotel! Although some places look old, they are very clean and tidy, so they are not affected. Dinner is set but it's different every day, some days are amazing. Breakfast was buffet but basically nothing changed. The hot springs are very good, especially the outdoor hot springs. Snow falling on the body under the stars feels special. The hotel staff is the most hardworking I've ever seen, and the same person dials the front desk, the restaurant and so on. There is a young man named Pu who speaks some Chinese in South Korea who is very friendly and tries to meet the various needs of guests. The only thing that was not very satisfactory was the attitude of a typical Japanese male who was rather perfunctory. We wanted to change the dinner time one day and he refused. Later, I asked the young man named Park, he said yes, and then called and confirmed with the restaurant to help us improve our time. All in all a hotel worth visiting again."

Very Good
TTC ThailandThe outdoors onsen is excellent, breakfast and dinner is great. The room is Japanese style big room but no private baht in the room only toilet but it is okay as we intend to bath at the outdoors onsen anyway.
GGuest UserBoth dinner and breakfast were buffet style, so it was very good that children could choose what they liked.
It was good that all the foods were easy to eat for vegetarians. Above all, the dishes were very delicious and I told my family that I wanted to go again.
The hot springs were very comfortable and the children were happy.
It was also attractive to be able to take a bath for 24 hours.
I definitely want to go again.
BBenSo many little things that make this hotel much better than anything else. The way they show you to your room, the way they put your shoes away and bring them back on your departure date, the way dinner and breakfast is waiting for you at your own private table, the way they let couples share an onsen during quiet hours. My point is - you will feel like a VIP here. The staff and always there, taking care of you in subtle ways, but you never feel watched or intruded on. This kind of invisible service - maybe hard for westerners to understand, but it is excellent. You will feel like you are really being understand and looked after. Highly recommend. Best hotel service I've had in japan in 2 years of living here. Highly recommended.
