Air cons are too noisy. Beddings have some smell.

The code that was given to me to open the door did not work. When I text them via whatsapp they responded immediately. In fact, any time I text them they responded. Great customer service and the place is in a great location. I highly recommend this place.

Great location

This was truly the worst accommodation. 1. When we checked in, they said they could help us even if we arrived before 3 PM, but we received no help. The staff was so slow that we had to wait outside for quite some time. 2. The facilities were extremely old and dusty. The pool inside the hotel was locked, and when we asked the housekeeping, they simply said they didn't know. Furthermore, the common waiting area and the children's play area were enclosed in a semi-basement and dusty, making them unusable. 3. The interior was also dusty and poorly maintained. The curtains were covered in stains, and the light in the bathroom mirror was constantly flickering. We had to wash the towels ourselves, and we had to clean the trash ourselves. It's safe to say there was no hotel service at all. The TV remote control also ran out of batteries and didn't work. 4. We were not notified in advance that major construction was underway in the rooms on the right and left sides of the hotel. Because of this, we couldn't sleep every morning due to the constant construction noise. The dust and debris from the construction kept us coughing and running noses all night, and our one-year-old suffered from allergies. If they had notified us of the construction, we wouldn't have stayed here. The construction workers even wore dust masks while working, and the amount of dust flying around was just terrible. 5. The overall response time was slow. I couldn't get a response to any of my complaints or questions during my stay. I had to email them to get a response, which was completely unhelpful. While every trip isn't a great one, this was by far the worst accommodation I've had in years. If you're considering booking this accommodation, please read my review and avoid it.

Apartment on the outskirts of South Beach, but with a free shuttle bus to get around Miami Beach. Clean, with utensils, a new dish sponge, and a capsule coffee maker. We loved our stay; they responded very quickly to our questions.
