Very nice hotel, Just in front of metro station. Very clean and used updated technology. Nice view.

I'm not happy.. they gave me a smoking room.. I can smell the smoke from pillows.. But that not the worst part.. The air-conditioning keep making the beep noise every time the temperature drops.. It automatically, even though I set a 22 degree with slow speed fan.. it will auto put fan up or down.. But... it make a beep noise everything... Why you make a beep noise every 20min... can't even sleep well.. I don't like the room... it kinda creepy.. Couldn't sleep.. too many random noise

This is a good experience about staying in a hotel. The hotel staff's service is very good. The children are very happy. The hygiene can be improved and it will be perfect. Apart from other conveniences, I am very satisfied. Thank you.

This is my go-to hotel when I come to the eastern side of Shenzhen. Longcheng Square is an easy access station close to Shenzhen Pingshan. And the accommodation is new, renovated and always clean.

This was my fourth time to stay in this hotel which was again for a staycation. The location is very good and I like the short distance of this hotel to Vanke Mall as I can walk around and eat in the mall and then went back to the hotel in just several minutes. Still, the room was very clean and I could even be confident and feel comfortable to stand in the room without wearing slippers. The water closet is equipped with heated board which I felt very comfortable.
