I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. Great location too, close to all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience that I would absolutely recommend to others.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the main attractions, and is considered the best hotel in Mexico City. The room was clean, the bed was a bit soft, the window could not be opened, and like most American and Mexican hotels, the shower head could not be removed for hand-held washing.

The hotel is located deep in the pedestrian street of Constitution Square, which is relatively quiet and only a five-minute walk from the square. Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name. We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent.
