Estancias Vive MX WTC

Good apartments for a decent price, but a bit confusing their pet policy as it states here in there policies that pets are allowed and FREE which they are not. I was told a price of 350$ MXN per night… upon telling them they told me I‘m wrong, do customer service wise I’m not so happy. However they were nice and let me change my room because I was initially in a room just above the reception which was horrible and you heard everything. Location is good, room was clean, served its purpose but I’m not sure I would come again.
City Express Plus by Marriott Ciudad de México Santa Fe

Santa Fe
The room is relatively new and spacious. The bathroom is relatively simple and the towels are of poor quality. The most unacceptable thing is the pillow. I have never slept in something so uncomfortable! The service staff are very nice and enthusiastic. The breakfast included in the hotel is basically nothing except fruit and cheese. You still need to buy eggs and toast yourself. I booked it purely for a business trip and the price was acceptable during the exhibition.

Felt a lot older. Rooftop bar not open. Gym was from the 80s. But a nice place to walk around. Still also waiting on my Marriott points I was promised.
Casa Vive Grand by Kukun

The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is elegant, there is plenty of sunshine, and the service is considerate. The hot water supply in the bathroom is complete, and the kitchen utensils are complete for convenient cooking.

I have to pay 135 to the store. I didn’t see this on the platform. It’s 1 o’clock in the middle of the night. I can recognize the slaughter.
The Ritz-Carlton, Mexico City

Reforma
Exceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City! Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name. We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again. Became a fan of Ritz Carlton now
