As expected. Good.

A little tired the hotel and needs updating. It’s reasonably clean, the breakfast is average. The rooms are big and are en suite. Downstairs is noisy but you kind of expect that from the location which is at the heart of Reforma.

The room was very spatious and in good conditions. The personnel was very attentive and friendly. The location was great, a lot of good restaurants and convenient stores nearby and close to the public transportation. The room was very hot, the air conditioner didn't cool properly (the temperature was minimum 23 C after 2 days of cooling). The shower wasn't cleaned properly since I could see dirt and hairs of the past guests and the floor felt dirty.

When we arrive at 3 pm, they said the room is not ready, and we asked for late check out, they are rude to say not available. And the room has a lot of stink

I got a very large room, very clean, perfect location. I'm very satisfied with everything about this hotel.

Second time staying here. There are many places to eat around the hotel. Yipinju Chinese restaurant is also great. The hotel is a suite with large rooms, but the facilities are relatively old. The gym is on the top floor and the treadmill is still broken.

The hotel on the bar street is very noisy at night and I can't sleep. The service attitude is bad and arrogant. They are not afraid to complain to anyone. It seems like they have a *** background.

They asked me to change rooms at the last minute, and called me when I was about to leave. I was in a hurry to leave anyway.

Very good location, within walking distance to the main tourist areas near Mexico City. The hotel room is large, equipped with a refrigerator, a safe, and a living room. The attitude of the waiters is also very good.

I book it every time I come here. The room is large and the facilities are old, but the cleanliness is good.
