"Ok, let me set this straight, this is not fancy in the slightest, the apartments are basic, there is no AC, the restaurant is permanently closed, but put all that aside, and this place is still quaint, it's cute, it has character, the staff are some of the friendliest and helpful I've come across. There's a reasonably stocked pool bar, you can get burgers, hotdogs, baguettes etc from there. The pool is lovely, there's an abundance of sun loungers and outside seating, a big bbq area. It's also situated in a really quiet area, the next town where your entertainment is around a 3500 step walk away, but there's also easily accessible street E scooters to hire all over the place, as well as taxi services and buses, making this a perfect location. For us we hired out a car for 4 days of our stay for just over a hundred GBP, With that we managed a decent tour of the Island..... Honestly, I loved our time here, and I was emotional at the thought of leaving...... Thank you to Everyone at La Piramid for helping us fall in love with Fuerteventura, it's been amazing ❤️"

Elba Lucía Sport & Suite Hotel

"I cannot complain about this hotel. All the staff were friendly and polite as were the guests. We booked 3 rooms and the staff did their very best to ensure that we were all together. Check-in is at 3 pm. We got there at 11 am and 2 of our rooms were already ready. The majority of the guests were English which was nice. Food was good. Something different every night. We never had to wait for a table at any meal time.Rooms were adequate for what we needed. You can serve your own soft drinks by the pool bar which we thought was a good idea as it cut the queue down. We didn’t have cleaning or our towels changed as we were only there for a few days. Taxi from the airport is under €15, so it’s worth doing this rather than a transfer. It’s only between 5 to 10 minutes away. There isn’t much around, but we went purely for relaxation so this suited us. You can go into town for under €4. It’s cheap to eat and drink out. A pint is between €2.50 to €4. They don’t hire pool towels so you do need to take your own."

"Direct access to the restaurant. With an indoor pool, very desirable in Fuerteventura. The villa was wonderful. All the facilities maintain their sober, yet elegant Majorero style. Very peaceful and a starting point for some very interesting hiking trails."

"I’ll start by saying, when I read some of the reviews on here I actually contacted my travel agent to try and change hotels a few weeks before our stay, the cost turned out to be a lot to change the booking so we decided against it and I’m so glad we did. I understand people have different experiences but I cannot relate to the negative reviews on here. We had a fabulous stay as a family of 4, we stayed for 10 days and none of us wanted to leave. Yes, if you look hard enough you will find tired areas and slight room for improvements but I could probably do that in most hotels that I’ve stayed in. The new owners are clearly making more and more improvements as time goes on and I could see it being changed to a 4 star when they’ve finished. For example, whilst we were staying there they changed all the umbrellas round the pool areas to brand new ones and even that made such a difference. The pool areas are amazing, our room was right on the side of the kids pool which was a great location for us as that’s where my children were for most of the holiday! The slides are fantastic and the pool was cleaned 4 times whilst we were there and it was never unclean. The main pool was the same, lots of fun although you can’t have large floats in the pool so keep that in mind. They also play music round the main pool which created a good atmosphere, not by the kids pool though and the pool bar was right next to the main pool area. The rooms are a really good size, I’ve stayed in other hotels in Corralejo and they’ve been nowhere near as big and they were 4* hotels so I was really pleased with the rooms. When people say they are “basic” I’m not sure what else you could need, big bathroom, plenty of space, air conditioning, balcony space for outside seating, place to dry your clothes etc I would struggle to think of anything else people could need. They were regularly cleaned and towels changed. The food in the restaurant was actually really good, again I was worried about it with some of the reviews but we loved the food, plenty to choose from, some gorgeous salads and my kids ate really well the whole time they were there. Different themes every night, the kebab night was a personal favourite of ours and the pizzas were lovely. We ate out a couple of nights as we wanted to go to some restaurants in the area and all of us after eating out said we should have just stayed in the hotel for food as it wasn’t as good and cost us money! The drinks were also great, cocktail of the day went down a treat and the kids loved the slushies. Snack bar we didn’t use loads as we found the breakfast and lunch sufficient but some days the kids had a hot dog or some pastries and fruit etc, no complaints with that. The staff were really great, entertainment staff were so lovely and put on some great night time entertainment, the white party on Fridays are amazing! Music by the pool, decorations up and plenty of games and drinks with everyone dressed in white, really fu"

R2 Romantic Fantasia Suites - Adults Only

"I have tried to keep this review factual so people can make their own choice. Very quit and tranquil place with beautiful well kept gardens & friendly staff for the most part with the exception of the arrogant barman in the sister hotel. The WiFi was ok if a little slow. The all inclusive drinks are ok not watered down but not a lot of choice. Walk to sister hotel for meals is 5 maximum & it’s nice to be apart from a busier place. The entertainment in the sister hotel was ok. Tea making facilities are provided but no milk or spoon so strange. If you require a safe it’s €3 a day. The bed was very firm if you like that me personally I did not find it comfortable. The room is a little sparse it could do with a chair and small table in the corner. Majority of guests are Germans & French 95% The food is mediocre at best it does get repetitive your choice of meat 99% of the time is pork or fish. I did see turkey breast once. No proper sausages or bacon as per usual for Spain. I did not see steak. There is lots of choice for salad lovers unfortunately I’m not a rabbit but the wife liked it. There is a gluten free selection. However it’s not anything to write home about I have had much better from a 4* hotel. The pool is absolutely freezing never really gets warm. Very quiet not much around get yourself a hire car go explore. There is not a lot of choice in snacks from the pool bar, couple more choices would be nice. Tuna fish sandwich possibly. Some maintenance issues need addressing at the sister hotel. Broken and dangerous damaged deck boards around the pool areas. If you want to be inside out of the wind you need to use the sister hotel later in the evening. However there are not enough seats to accommodate the guests in the hotel bar. I suppose the real questions are is it good value for money perhaps. Would I stay here again no."

Secrets Bahía Real Resort & Spa Adults Only

"This was our golden wedding celebration holiday. We had a lovely bottle of champagne gifted to us which we very much appreciated. The staff are amazing they all work so hard, the restaurants offer a good selection of high quality meals and we could not fault the service which was attentive, polite, swift and friendly. However, I felt that our junior deluxe suite needed some attention as the bathroom had been subjected to a water leek from the floor above and this showed, as well as some wallpaper coming adrift in the corner. This was disappointing. Also the towels which are regularly were thin and grey! Not what you’d expect I a higher grade hotel. We honestly felt that these issues let down the extremely diligent staff. Also be aware that a sea view room is beautiful but in March there is no sun. Better to opt for a room overlooking the pool area."

"Hotel is in a great location, turn left to the beach and right to the main street for shops, bars and restaurants. There is a laid back atmosphere in the hotel and it is very quiet. People reading and listening to music via headphones kept it peaceful. We appreciated the general respectfulness of fellow guests in this. Generally couples of all ages mainly I think over 50s. Our suite with pool view was spacious with a nice size bathroom. For 14 nights a few more hangers would have been useful. We booked B&B and had dinner once in the hotel which compared with the town prices was very reasonable. Food was a very good standard and choice. No issues on the cleanliness, the cleaning staff worked very hard and late to maintain the public areas. Our room was immaculate and towels and bedding soft and good quality. We had no issues with external noise. Plenty of loungers and brollies available plus a couple on the balcony. Waiting/bar staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Special mention to Maria. The pool was fine, not being much of a swimmer I missed some gradual steps in and it was a little cold on the way out. Had a fabulous stay and currently dealing with a case of post holiday Blues"

Playa Park Zensation

"Recently stayed at Playa Park Zensation and we really enjoyed it. All the staff are polite, helpful from check in to check out led by Bob. Food and drink were really good and the À la Carte experience is definitely recommended. Beautiful pool area and entertainment led by Gino is brilliant. Hotel is slightly out of the main strip but easily accessible by either a 15-20 walk or a €4 taxi ride. Will definitely be returning 👏👏"
