AAliguoguo我們一行6人是10月6日入住該酒店的，定的是2晚，酒店比較新，剛開張不久的，房間非常乾淨衞生，有自己的停車場。遺憾的是房間沒有空調，洗完澡後受涼了有點感冒了。更遺憾的是二台電梯一台沒用，另一台故障，由於行李無法拿到5樓，我們把行李放在了大堂服務枱先去吃夜飯了，回來電梯們復了，總算入住了。第二天一早電梯又壞了，早晨8點左右我們走消防樓梯下了樓，也沒看見有服務員在揚，去吃了早飯回來電梯依然沒辦法用，問服務員説打電話叫人修，我們衹能等，問起服務員這麼差的服務能否得到補償時，服務員説你們退房好了，這種態度真讓人失望，然後我們6人商量與攜程電話聯繫立即退房。我們訂的價格也不便宜，碰到這種事，心情也搞壞了，酒店應該認真反思，顧客是上帝，要以客户為中心，你的酒店生意才會好。

The altitude is more than 3,000 meters. Before checking in, I didn’t say anything about the hotel’s appearance. There would be construction the next day. At 7 o’clock in the morning, electric drills and pry hammers started outside the room. The sound was very loud, which directly affected my sleep... Not bad. I just give it five stars out of habit. You can clearly hear the sound of the construction in the video here...

GGuest UserThe hotel is the best in Maqu County. There is an elevator, and you don't have to carry your luggage in high altitude areas.
The room is relatively large and quiet. It is basically satisfactory for Gannan tourism to pass by here. There is a special restaurant on the third floor, no trial. The 9th floor is breakfast, there are not many tricks, but it meets basic needs.
There is a very large supermarket downstairs to meet the needs of supply on the road.
