Overall, it's decent. Parking is available right at the entrance, which is very convenient. The surrounding area is full of Russian supermarkets and restaurants, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient.

This place exceeded my expectations! It's perfectly located right on Zhongsu Golden Street and incredibly close to Manzhouli Railway Station. I arrived at the station at 10 PM and it took less than 10 minutes to walk there. It's super convenient for both getting around and finding places to eat. You can easily take a bus to the National Gate scenic area and the Matryoshka Doll Theme Park without any hassle. The sound insulation in the room is fantastic – honestly the best I've experienced in a hotel, especially one with carpeted hallways! It offers great value for money, and the room was spotlessly clean. The only minor downside is that the bathroom isn't designed with a wet and dry separation.

Manzhouli is full of Matryoshka doll themes everywhere, and the National Gate Scenic Area was also quite impressive. The hotel exceeded my expectations; I had a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep. And the Jinjie (Golden Street) right next door is fantastic!

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right on the pedestrian street. You're right in the middle of all the action the moment you step out. They even gave us a complimentary room upgrade! The room was really nice, and it's excellent value for money.

Our room was lovely. They kindly upgraded us for free because we had a child, and the new room was wonderfully large and spacious. The hotel itself, from the rooms to the lobby, was very distinctive and charming. The Western restaurant on the second floor served delicious food, and it was very convenient for dining. The hotel is located right on Zhongsu Jin Street, so you can hit the shops right downstairs. It's just too convenient! Definitely a 5-star rating!

The hotel is perfectly situated right on Zhongsu Golden Street, offering an excellent location that's incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just adequate. We booked a special offer room, so both the room and the bed were quite small. I honestly couldn't understand the design choice of a transparent glass door for the bathroom! A friendly tip: be sure to buy any chocolates, Russian souvenirs, and other similar items in Manzhouli, as they only get pricier the further you travel.

The staff's service attitude was just okay. There was no handheld shower, and without proper dry/wet separation, the entire bathroom would get completely soaked after a shower.

To top it off, I even received a complimentary room upgrade! A definite five-star experience.

To anyone visiting Manzhouli, seriously, avoid this place! The room hadn't been cleaned at all before guests were allowed to check in. When I walked in, there was a dirty toothbrush from the previous guest next to the sink, and the sink itself wasn't even clean. The pillows and sheets were covered in stains – it was an absolute eyesore that completely ruined my mood for the trip. The air conditioning in the room was also very ineffective. Honestly, there was nothing at all satisfactory about the place. I can only describe it as dirty, messy, and utterly substandard! Please, for your own good, avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

I was initially going to leave a good review. The front desk upgraded my room and was very helpful. However, what I absolutely couldn't stand was the dirty hot water. It seems the hotel was recently acquired and rushed to open, as evidenced by issues like broken phones and an improperly set-up boiler. On the day of my check-in, without any prior notice, the hot water was cut off. We couldn't shower for two hours because they said they needed to do some welding. When the hot water finally returned, it was dirty, yellowish, and full of grit. Just imagine trying to shower or brush your teeth with water like that!
