The hotel was really nice and clean our Room is very big and comfortable bed,the toilet also is big everything is perfect morethan my expectations, its not in the center of Paris but we manage to travel via public transport alot of stations and transportation to choose around we also did early checked out at 4am and everythings goes smoothly we only ride public transport by bus and cost only 2euro from the hotel to Cdg airport,

The staff are really attentive and helpful especially Idrisa. They attend to our queries and needs instantly and very friendly too. The amenities are quite good and the whole place is quite functional. We stayed for 12 days and it was pretty good. There’s a metro and bus stop nearby (7mins away) as well as Boulangerie and grocery.

Spacious room. Nice staffs. Enjoy the time being in here. Even location might not be perfect, it is still a good choice.

Check in process take more than 20 minutes, tax is 4.50 euro per person which much higher than statad in Trip.com. The first room issue wrongly, we book for triple room but was given a double room. After we show the printed voucher then only the staf agree to change to triple room. He say the price we pay actually is for double room. Room are big and clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel

The hotel is spacious inside, with a large open sofa area on the first floor, a terrace, and a large bathroom. It is connected to the breakfast area. The service staff is friendly and sunny. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is western-style. In the north of Paris, it is cost-effective and suitable for tourism and vacation.

The surrounding environment is very poor. I chose to stay here mainly for the Saint-Ouen Market. As soon as I moved in, the washbasin was blocked and the water wouldn't drain. Two women at the front desk came and removed the plug from the washbasin. Most of the people staying here are black. The breakfast is a mess. There is a lot of dust everywhere. The front desk service is okay. They helped me call a taxi, but overall it's just passable.

Honestly, I don't understand how this hotel gets so many good reviews. I had a truly unpleasant stay. No glass cups in the room, disposable cups, and coffee were never replaced after housekeeping. Seriously? One morning (around June 22nd), I drank milk at breakfast that was clearly sour. I drank a little more, thinking it was a special flavor, and the result: stomach aches all day. Serving that to guests is a serious problem. The bathroom and kitchen sinks don't hold water, making it impossible to wash anything normally. And the Wi-Fi? Super slow, not even 700 kbps, and it keeps disconnecting. You have to keep reconnecting. Lousy. In short, a hotel to avoid. I won't be back, and I recommend it to anyone.

Very clean and tidy, fast WiFi, quick check-in, and friendly staff. It is a 5-minute walk from Metro Line 14 and Line 13, which is very convenient. The breakfast area on the first floor has a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, and induction cooker, which is clean and convenient for cooking.

Good hotel, the room was big and clean, the bed was quite comfortable, it is better to take a room with a view of the inner courtyard, because with a view of the street it is very noisy when you open the windows. The breakfast was big and varied, everything was delicious.

The facilities are average. The garage is too crowded. It took a long time to get in and out of the garage. The service staff is very enthusiastic. The breakfast is also OK, but there are not many varieties. Finally, I had to return the garage key.
