"The location is great, and the hotel is very clean, but it's a bit old, and the rooms are a little far from the lobby."
Garner Hotel MAINZ by IHG ★★★
"Very pleasant"
Holiday Inn - the niu, MOOD MAINZ by IHG ★★★

Hyatt Regency Mainz ★★★★★

H2 Hotel Mainz ★★★
"quite good"
Leonardo Hotel Mainz ★★★★
"Had a lovely stay. We were initially given a single room (instead of double) and were then upgraded to the suite. It was amazing, sad we only stood 1 night."
B&B Hotel Mainz-Süd ★
"The location is a bit remote, about a 15-minute walk from the tram. The owner is very nice, and the single rooms at the B&B Hotel are spacious enough, so space is never a problem."

Wens Hotel

Top Hotel Hammer - Mainz Hauptbahnhof
"The small, old hotel is right across from the train station but not noisy. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are small but fully equipped. Mainz is a very comfortable and quiet city."
Trip Inn Bristol Hotel Mainz
"nearby high way. breakfast is cheap and good."
GuestHouse Mainz
"Quiet, clean, comfortable and centrally located. Will definitely stay there again."
B&B HOTEL Mainz-Hechtsheim
"A solid hotel for business stays. Clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds, quiet at night. Free parking, fast Wi-Fi and a good location close to the motorway and Mainz city centre. Excellent value for money – highly recommended."
Hotel Moguntia
"The location is very central. I was able to check in at any time; I used the contactless check-in after reception opened. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. One small drawback is that there was no air conditioning and the fan didn't work. I would avoid the hotel during the height of summer, but otherwise I would be happy to stay there again."
Hotel Inndependence
"The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the tram. The ground floor of the hotel is air conditioned, but the guest rooms are not. The weather was unusually hot while we were there, and the lack of cooling in the room made it very difficult to sleep. The rest of our stay was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was nice, and the personnel were very friendly and pleasant. If we return to Mainz during any time but summer, this would be a great place to stay. In the summer, though, we would have to pick a hotel with air conditioning."
Hotel Schottenhof
"The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the main train station. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Everything is within walking distance. The rooms are clean, very large and good for sleeping. Unfortunately, however, the sound is extremely thin. The stairs and guests in neighboring rooms can be heard very clearly. In the adjacent courtyard, many pigeons continue the noise. The quality of sleep was therefore zero. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is simple (€15). Unfortunately, fried eggs or scrambled eggs are completely missing. The baked goods are of a poor standard in terms of taste."
Hotel Königshof
"The hotel was nicely located right next to the train station. So it was convenient, bit noisy though. The room was decently sized and functional. But it was outdated and smelt slightly. It had no carpet. The bare floor was quite dusty due to the construction on the hotel building right outside of my balcony which was covered by scaffolds. Looking out from the glass door at the balcony, it was quite disgusting: birds poops, construction materials, dirts…. Breakfast buffet was OK: simple, limited options. I would be happy with it if I didn’t see flies constantly flying over and hugging around breads and cold cuts on the food counter. Most staffs were nice, however there was one lady at reception who was rather rude and not welcoming."
Hotel Roemerstein
"Great quiet hotel in the stadium nearby ( only 15 minutes walking distance) . Breakfast is super and priced. Free parking right in front of the hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are perfectly clean. I like to come back at any time. Even the late arrival was no problem at all."
Hotel Havana
Osteiner Hof by the Apartment Suite
"Fantastic apartment in Mainz. Super luxurious, spacious and well equipped and so close to all the sights in Mainz which is a great city to visit. A special mention to Marko who looked after us so well. I’d make a special trip to visit here in the future. Highly recommended."
Favorite Parkhotel
"Hotel is located in a beautiful park. Parking is available free of charge. There are 4 train lines on the Rhine side, with corresponding noise, even at night."
