SSu0725Although the location is close to the main train station, there aren't many shops nearby, so you have to take a bit of a detour. Overall, the room was comfortable and warm. It met basic needs. The bed was quite comfortable.

GGuest UserThe hotel was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, with good services including breakfast and complimentary snacks. Staff were extremely helpful and polite, and a member of staff was on hand at reception to check me in even though I arrived late in the evening. My room was huge and amazing value, and was set up for me beautifully. The location, while not central in Mainz, was reasonably well-connected to the city centre via public transport -- the bus stop was a ten-minute walk downhill from the hotel through very pretty neighbourhoods with regional charm.
