Great stay in Mae Hong Son, boss gives you a great little hand drawn map :)

The Guest House was within easy walking distance from the lake and night market. The room was good (beds quite hard but that’s ok with me), towels, kettle etc. so we were quite comfortable. I have to say though the bathroom wasn’t good; it felt grubby and the tiled floor spongy with water. There was loo roll but no shampoo etc. this aspect really needs to be improved. The central guest area was good with tables and chairs, fruit, hot water and plates and cutlery so you could use the area any time of day. I used the washing machine (40 baht) and dried it o the back balcony

The hotel service staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location is also good. It is very close to the nearby night market and Saiyud Market. The room is large and the price is cheap, so the requirements are not high!

They were waiting for us to settle in, they immediately gave us a map of the city and attractions. They washed our clothes for 40 baht, parking is free, there is a kettle, the room is spacious, it is good for one night

The room is clean, there is a parking lot, it is near the walking street, you can walk there. There is a map, explaining the places to eat and visit in detail, but there is no breakfast.

The building is a bit old, but it is clean and quiet. I am satisfied with the price.

My friend and I stayed three nights in this structure, which is very simple and basic but clean and well equipped with comforts including hot shower, kettle and coffee sachets for the morning, towels. The manager is a lovely person, he helped us find a ride to go to Pai upon our departure. he also found us a trekking guide one day and a private driver for a tour of the area another day.

Boondee House is located perfectly in the centre of town which makes it easy to access everything that's there to do and see in Mae Hong Son. There's plenty of parking for cars and motorcycles on the property which was amazing. The room is spacious with the bathroom at the back being very clean. The owner is absolutely amazing, giving us all the ins and outs of what to do not only in the city but the surrounding area. He gave us even 2 maps he's created showing all the hidden gems. Highly recommend this place as it's great value for money!
