Great location for this hotel, it’s only a 5 minute walk from the Main Street Gran Via. The room was clean upon checking in. My only concern was no air conditioning during winter months.

I stayed at Chic & Basic Dot and found it to be a solid option, especially for short stays. It’s a small boutique design hotel, with very nice interiors and well-kept facilities. The design is modern and pleasant, and the hotel feels comfortable and functional. That said, there are a few amenities that could improve the experience, such as a coffee machine or a kettle for hot water in the room. The location is excellent: right in front of El Corte Inglés and right in the city centre, just a short walk from Sol and Gran Vía, which makes it extremely convenient. Overall, it’s a very good option to keep in mind, especially when travelling to Madrid for business, with friends or short trips.

The spot that the hotel is located it’s really good, but my room was a bit off, they don’t have doors on the bathroom, so you don’t have privacy, if you’re travel with a friend I suggest that you choose another hotel

Very close to Puerta del Sol. The room was really small. I understand that the city center is very expensive. This hotel is very cost-effective. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the Prado Museum. I am satisfied. I didn't take pictures of the room. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is in a very good location. The most lively place in Madrid is just downstairs. You can reach various attractions on foot and it is very close to the subway station, although we did not take it. The shower room has a lot of water and the hot water is hot enough, but it fluctuates when used. There is no electric kettle provided, but you can ask for hot water in the cafe downstairs, although it may feel strange to Europeans? Overall, it is highly recommended and I will stay again if I have the chance.

It's so-so. The location is great, but the area across the street is too chaotic.

The price-performance ratio is good and the location is very convenient. It is very close to Puerta del Sol. However, there is no hot water kettle. Hotels in several cities in Spain have hot water kettles, but this one does not provide them.

The staff at the front desk of the hotel speak very fluent English. Helped me a lot. It also provides a lot of information. The attitude is also super good👍. Because the soundproof glass equipped in the room in the bustling neighborhood is very powerful. And the location is very convenient. I really like the cloth bag provided by the hotel💕

Located in the center of Madrid, the location is great, there are shops below, shopping and dining are very convenient. The downside is that the room is very small and the suitcase cannot be fully opened, but the bathroom is very large.
