Chic & Basic Dot

Great location for this hotel, it’s only a 5 minute walk from the Main Street Gran Via. The room was clean upon checking in. My only concern was no air conditioning during winter months.

I stayed at Chic & Basic Dot and found it to be a solid option, especially for short stays. It’s a small boutique design hotel, with very nice interiors and well-kept facilities. The design is modern and pleasant, and the hotel feels comfortable and functional. That said, there are a few amenities that could improve the experience, such as a coffee machine or a kettle for hot water in the room. The location is excellent: right in front of El Corte Inglés and right in the city centre, just a short walk from Sol and Gran Vía, which makes it extremely convenient. Overall, it’s a very good option to keep in mind, especially when travelling to Madrid for business, with friends or short trips.

One unique feature is the open-concept shower, designed without a separate door, adding a fun and romantic touch that's perfect for couples looking for a special getaway. Every detail at Chic & Basic Dot feels thoughtfully designed to create a memorable experience. Between the exceptional service, unbeatable location, and charming ambience, this hotel truly stands out. I would highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone visiting Madrid, especially couples looking for a stylish, romantic city break. I'll definitely be back!
