The room is a good size. Location is steep hill with limted walking area. 1,5 km far from Patong beach.

It is good location. However , so many mosquitoes and odd smell when I checked in . The pregnant receptionist is super friendly. The other guy who always do night shift is not .

Friendly friendly staff, rooms are tired. The hotel itself is tired, but clean. Quite quiet. There are bike rentals for 130 baht (old model), 300 baht for new bikes. Rooms are cleaned every day (on request). The area with the pool is beautiful.

Absolutely stunning ! Smiling, friendly staff, attentive to the smallest detail. An extremely quiet place where you feel at home. Exquisite food and although the hotel needs a good renovation, there is a warm atmosphere, full of conviviality which makes the stay unforgettable!

Jang and Tong were fabulous. As a solo traveller they went out of their way every day for me. Even when I got sick from food on a boat trip, they went to the pharmacy and bought me some medicine. The peaceful surrounds and friendly environment had left me feeling so relaxed. Love you guys Barry from Belfast

Positives- the staff are amazing, so friendly and really attentive, really liked the fact that you can put your 'make up the room' sign anytime up till 5.30pm meaning that you don't get disturbed and the views are nice around. Negatives-breakfast is awful- three options available but not buffet, if you have mobility issues avoid as there are stairs everywhere and the walk into patong centre is down a hill, the hotels main website says there is a complimentary shuttle service to Patong centre, this is not true. The hotel needs investment to fix and update many areas, the pool is in the shade the majority of the time and the water is quite cold, the bed was uncomfortable for us as rock hard. We also didn't know that you have to pay 500bht on arrival as a 'deposit' so be aware if booking you'll need this. It is retuned to you on check-out though and for us without room being checked first.

The hotel staff are amazing! So friendly and helpful and greeted you with such lovely smiles everyday and always had time for a chat with you. We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was lovely, very clean and tidy. The beds were made up with fresh sheets whenever you asked them and fresh towels also. Coffee, tea, milk and water was also topped up. The swimming pool was a bit on the small side but was never over crowded. The only downside is they is no lift in the hotel so if you choose the penthouse suite you have alot of stairs to climb so no good for those with mobility issues . Overall we loved our 2 week stay here and would definitely choose to book here again ❤️

I stayed at the club bamboo from 27/11/23 to 7/12/23. From the moment I arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful. I stayed in room s10 o the 3rd floor a nice big comfortable bed balcony and nice bathroom. The hotel has a really nice pool area. And the breakfasts were really good. The hotel is in a nice quiet location close to the Nana’s road with loads of bars and places to eat and a 200 baht tuk tuk ride to the beach or bangla. And there is a 7/11 in easy walk of the hotel. Phuket is absolute paradise and the hotel is brilliant, I’m definitely going to stay there again, can’t wait to return
