Location- Fantastic. Right in the middle of everything you want to see. Can walk everywhere. Restaurants, bars and tourist attractions all close . Amenities- Breakfast was really decent . Good variety of food to satisfy every taste. The pool and sky bar are really nice. It’s great to chill and relax. Staff- Most staff were very very helpful. Our first room had a big problem with the AC and they changed us to another room. However one staff at breakfast was a little abrupt when we asked him to make us the local iced coffee, telling us that we should do it ourselves. Not great. Room: As mentioned the first room was a disaster with the AC. They moved us to another room which we appreciated but the room was so so so much smaller and the curtains were horrendous. The light constantly shines through , making it difficult to have a nice rest. This is the 4th hotel on our trip to Vietnam and the only one so far that didn’t accommodate any token for my 40th birthday. Trip even checked with me before but nothing at the hotel. I read reviews that people received nice things. Oh well. Overall it is convenient to see everything HCM has to offer.

The best location! Close to all sightseeings, museums, cafe and restaurants. The friendly and helpful staff. The room is comfortable and tidy. Highly recommended to visit spa in the hotel 🙌

The location of this hotel was top tier, everything we wanted to do was in walking distance. A convenient mall across the road, yummy restaurants and the market only a block away. The pool is very clean and happy hour is wonderful! I would definitely stay here again if visiting HCMC again.

Amazing breakfast(taste and choice). Good rooftop. Great concierge. Perfect location. Overall it was good but some very specific points of improvement : - They have a weird green light in the room always on, apparently it's the emergency exit light(the thing you're supposed to have in *public* corridor). Except it's way too bright to sleep and it wasn't on during my first night. They can't turn it off. No idea why they have it inside the room. No other hotels I've been in HCM or the rest of Vietnam have this. This is pretty awkward design as no one can miss the exit direction in 20 sqm even with smoke. - The curtain can't close completely/efficiently so if you're on the east side you'll be bothered by the sunlight quite early. - I didn't take the breakfast for the last night but they automatically charged me the price on my deposit. They had no way to control if I took or not the breakfast, so I had to insist. Not something you like to waste your time on at checkout time. - the wifi was poor(multiple time had the message "will reconnect when the signal will be better" while the signal looked strong). Also can't connect a Nintendo switch to the wifi.

Very nice location, with a movie theater at movie floors, so convenient to watch movie or go shopping in Saigon Center

It was one of the better hotels I stayed in on my trip to Thailand and Vietnam. The room was very clean. We had high floor so the view was amazing. The staff were friendly and polite Breakfast buffet was extensive. And the food was good quality and flavourful. I was not feeling well and not eating much. But the food here was great Location is also central and close to the markets, malls and other attractions

Near to Ben Thanh. Almost everywhere is within walking distance. Price is good. Strongly recommended this hotel.

Service staff is superb and attentive to our needs. WiFi was great Negative feedback is on the tv program which had bad audio and screen quality and not aligned to its size. Hope it’s just my room though

I stayed here with my parents and it was my 2nd stay at the hotel. The location is superb, walking distance to so many tourism attractions in D1. The service was excellent, though the room was a bit small. They offered an extra bed and a bigger room but I declined since we only stayed a night there. I appreciated their gesture. They packed extensive bfast boxes for my parents since we were leaving the hotel very early. I highly recommend this hotel.

Well located. Clean and neat. Sumptuous breakfast selection with a very good range of local food! Loved it!
