The location is close by jalan Alor eateries food street & walking distance to Pavillon shopping area Opposite lalaport shopping mall . Thank you trips com had upgrade my room to family suit more spacious room . Enjoy the stay there. Disappointed is the room facility , no tooth brush & paste provided ( as check information online before check in , the room details stated there are provided) trips com please update accordingly.

Its was nice stay. Budget friendly for couples also.good location. Amenity is good enough. Good staff and all equipment is available here.

I had a wonderful stay at Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang! Basic and spacious room but have no complaint for the prices paid. Location of the hotel is very good for people like me taking Coach Buses in/out of KL.

Thank you for good hospitality. Good hotel not at crowded location hence still near and easy walking to Bukit Bintang-Sg Wang area.

So far i stayed at this hotel for few times already , everything is good . Only the things need to highlighted this time is the housekeeping . I requested for housekeeping when i went out around 7.30am but it still not yet been done when i reach back around 10 something . The Room only been cleaned after i requested again .

The hotel has been renovated. Love the environment which is convenience for shopping and easy access to the monorail. Lots of foods as well. Will come back again.

Location was great 👍 just a minutes away to Berjaya Times Square and another couple of minutes to Lalaport Mall Our check-in was smooth,just show your passport if you booked online (trip.com) 👍 Room with refrigerator is a plus 👍 Room with complimentary bottled water and coffee ☕️ Room was clean with comfy bed 👍 Mono rail was just nearby so you could reach other places 👍 Friendly Staffs 😍 +++can leave your luggage after checkout so you could freely walk around the area with no luggage to carry while enjoying the free hours in KL🙂 For improvement: the towels was a bit old.. maybe can improve.. but not an issue for us since it's clean . Still a good value for the price of 3star hotel ❤️ For me it's a nice hotel 👍 highly recommended for other guests looking for a good location with best price 3star hotel 🌟 👌 Thank you Metro Hotel Bukit Bintang for a good stay

The bed was very comfortable, but there was no hot water in the bathroom.
