Finding an affordable, quality hotel in London is hard and I was really pleased with this place. The location was easy to find, a very short walk from the tube, and a longer but nicer walk from national rail at Paddington. Check-in was polite and straightforward, and theres someone at the front desk at all times. There's no elevator which may be a challenge for some, and the corridors are quite narrow with a series of heavy fire doors, might be frustrating for those who don't travel light. The room was incredibly small but well taken care of, clean, and had everything I needed. Storage space with hangers for unpacking, comfy single bed, working TV, full bathroom setup, window. It was kinda like the sort of room you'd expect to have on a ship, charming but compact. Having guests over was a little awkward, and making the bed work for two was a little precarious; was worried I'd lose my date out the window. They turned down my room every day and brought fresh towels and restocked the tea and coffee selection. Checkout was also very easy. Cannot complain and would stay again if the same deal was available.

Hotel is much older than the picture, the room is probably smaller than you expect. The TV isn’t working and there isn’t a controller for it. Air conditioner isn’t working either. Outside is covered and hard to find at the moment. But the bed is clean and comfy, very close to the station, good for money if you are used to travel.

Nice hotel in a good location, however be aware that some rooms back into busy railway tracks with trains running late at night and early morning.

This hotel location is superb. Very very near to earls court station and earls court has different lines so it is really convenient. However it is not advisable to stay out too late as this location has quite fair bit homeless people. We stayed this hotel twice for our trip at London ＞ Paris ＞ London. They helped us stored our luggages when we were away to Paris for 2 days. The room we got for our first stay which was at the ground floor was very spacious and nice,had a shower (though my bf spotted mice in the room), but the second stay which was at 3rd floor was quite small that we had difficulty opening two huge luggages on the floor and you have to take a shower in the bathtub. Cleanliness is ok and they provide you some basic toiletries - shower cap, toothbrush, cotton bud, hairdryer too. Nonetheless, with the luggage storage service and location, still not bad to stay.

The room is good for the price, but there is no lift so I had to carry 3 large bags with me to t he basement and the stairs was too small, the WiFi connection was too bad

Love the location. It is very close to Earl Court train station. Our room was next to the railway station so you get extra entertainment.

during my stay, hot water was unavailable and the aircon in my room was unable to heat, same for the electric heater.

The hotel is in a great location a few minutes walk from Earls Court underground station with lots of restaurants and food places right around the corner. The room was comfortable and the bed nice.

Lovely hotel to stay at, would happily go back. When we arrived the staff at reception where helpful and gave us all the information we needed. When arriving at our room I was pleasantly surprised (after reading other reviews) the room was well presented and it's clear that they have been updated, the only thing I would say is that it appears to be missing the final touches. There was aircon, this was noisy but not an issue for myself and my daughter. The room we had was small but functional for what we needed. The bathroom was our only minor issue, when I went into the bathroom upon our arrival it was like a sauna, the bath taps where constantly running (this has been a long standing issue as there are marks from it) and whoever had last been in the room was running hot water so the bathroom was very hot, switched it to cold and the issue resolved. Lovely peaceful street to stay in minimal noise from the road. The breakfast was a strange one for us. When we arrived at breakfast there was toast, cereal, yogurt and pastries that had seen better days. The hot offer was noodles, chicken mini sausages and beans... Tbf the noodles where lovely just not what we expected for breakfast.

poker-face reception and noisy equipment, the lift is only going to the third floor so you need to walk if your room is on the fourth. And the railway near the hotel can be very noisy. !!!The water in the bathroom was unbelievably small and you might get an unsatisfied shower. One time toothpaste was obviously not purchased from the UK, maybe the hotel was trying to reduce the cost but forgot to respect people overseas. The late-night street in this area is not safe, was cursed by some random drunkard for no reason. But the location is good, close to the underground station and there is a Paul nearby and a coop supermarket.
