In a nice location of Madrid. Clean hotel. Enjoyed the stay here.

Convenient location (although at times impacted by certain roadblocks in/around the area), excellent service, friendly staff.

A great location and a very good hotel with great service and a lovely breakfast. The rooms are a bit small but served purpose. If I was to book again o would try and upgrade to a view and a bigger room, otherwise a decent stay in a great city centre hotel.

This hotel is a completely scam. If you book the standard double room, which costs €200+, then congratulations. You will get a tiny narrow room (140sqf at best) with interior windows to the lift and corridor. The room is very noisy and you can hear your next door snoring. Maybe because the building itself is very old. Definitely the most bizarre DoubleTree I’ve ever stayed. Book the Deluxe room or AVOID this hotel if you can.

It's not bad, the environment is okay, close to the train station, and the attitude is also very gentle. I hope it will do better! Pay more attention to details and the hygiene is also good👌👍⛽️😌

The location is excellent. It's close to Plaza de Cibeles, the airport bus stop, and Plaza de Sol, the starting point of your Madrid adventure. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly. However, the room was small, about the size of a Japanese business hotel. The bathroom was average-sized. Overall, it was great.

The hotel was surprisingly good. It's in a prime location, convenient to everything. It's a small but beautiful hotel, and the breakfast was very exquisite. I'll definitely stay there again when I come to Madrid!

The lack of partitions in the shower area was a bit disappointing, but everything else was ok, especially the breakfast. The location was very good, and you could basically walk to everything.

The hotel is in a great location, quiet in a busy city, and the room layout is suitable. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the toiletries are of good quality. Warm biscuits are given upon check-in, and the front desk staff has a drawer of information cards for nearby dining and entertainment, which can be provided on demand. The breakfast is a combination of self-service and ordering, and the quality is good. What can be improved is the room service. The bottled water and changing of bathrobes are provided separately on daily request.

The hotel is cost-effective, with spacious rooms, complete facilities and a very good location. The Royal Palace of Madrid, Puerta del Sol, Retiro Park, Prado Museum, San Miguel Market, Plaza de España, Main Square and other attractions can be reached on foot; there is a paid parking lot nearby. There is a doorman at the front desk (I forgot his name, please forgive the elderly), who is very enthusiastic and helpful. When we checked in, it was Easter holiday. He took the initiative to tell us that we could park on the street for free in the past two days, saving us 70+ euros (of course, the tip was enough); breakfast variety is rich. The hotel restaurant focuses on Japanese food, so we ate in a small restaurant near the hotel for three nights, including two nights at Parrilla El Barril, a five-minute walk. The dishes are rich and cost-effective, especially the grilled lamb chops. I ate two portions by myself for the first time! The foreman is very enthusiastic and talkative. The red wine he recommended is not only delicious, but also affordable; the uncle's English is not very good, but the young water and waitress are very good in English; when the uncle's English is not enough, he grabs the young people as translators. Very good dining experience. Five-star praise, highly recommend this hotel!
