Hotel is new and modern but they clearly don’t have the experience running a large hotel. At many times you could tell they were trying to figure things out.
Early check in was promised.
We got there at 12. Regular check in is 3. No room was ready at 4:30 even though promises of “a few minutes” and “we’ll call you” no one did. I had to complain and upgraded to a better room to be able to check in finally.
Told us to go get a drink but not like they offer a free drink or anything.
The room we got the washroom wasn’t especially clean. I had to scrub the grout so my wife didn’t see it and want to leave because of the mold.
In a room behind the restaurant had pillows piled up on the ground, they had no idea what rooms were clean, and they couldn’t find our luggage for several minutes. Just really poorly organized.
I told them all this when I checked out and they didn’t seem to care. Just smiled and said hope you enjoy better next time. There will not be a next time.
Location is really far out, BUT the metro is right there and works good.
View was nice.

Bright and cheery hotel located in a quiet neighborhood outside of central Amsterdam between 2 major metro stations. Small self service convenience shop in hotel lobby. Dirk Supermarket located across the street. Dinner and service at the Latin American restaurant, Selva on the top floor of the hotel was amazing and should be a part of your stay. The front desk team were polite and helpful check in and check out was a breeze. They offer complimentary baggage storage if needed.

LOVED this hotel, very close to Schipol airport, Zuid station and the city centre, perfectly situated between Amsterdam RAI and Europaplein stations. Room was contemporary and clean, loved all the little touches of personality and details of the room - especially the marketing copy. Lifts always came very quickly The breakfast buffet had a great selection but the supermarket on the opposite side of the road was great for snacks too. My only suggestion is the gym was a little too basic - great view and space but the equipment was a little lacking compared to the rest of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again! Our one-night stay at nhow Amsterdam was absolute perfection! The staff was amazing—especially Milo from Guest Services, who upgraded our room and surprised us with a sweet card and chocolates for our honeymoon ❤️
The room was gorgeous, clean, and had an amazing bathtub—plus, the whole vibe of the hotel was so friendly, laid-back, and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special! We’ll definitely be back.

Worst Experience Ever in My Life
We stayed here for two nights. On the check-in day, we arrived quite early and asked for an early check-in. A tall, fair-skinned male staff member kindly helped us get a room earlier than usual at no extra charge.
However, later that day, when we returned to our room, our key card suddenly didn’t work. We went to the front desk for help, only to find out that—somehow—we had already been checked out by someone. I still have no idea why this happened.
The female receptionist (shoulder-length hair, wearing braces) was unhelpful and unfriendly. She seemed irritated and just kept repeating that we had already checked out. Finally, the manager came, went to our room to check our belongings, and asked for our passports.
When returning our passports, they told us that we hadn’t paid for the room yet—despite the fact that we had paid in advance. After I explained that, they just said, “Then it’s fine.”
I still don’t understand how, on our check-in day, we could have been checked out by someone without our consent. Just a warning to everyone—be careful if you stay here.
There is no amenities in our room even a bottle of water:)!

Location is excellent. Very close to metro and train station. Room is very clean. Only thing is the bed is a bit small but it fits myself as I am small.

Nice and cute beautiful hotel, but they took 2hours to get me toothpaste/toothbrush and never been faster than 45minutss always when the customer HAS TO order amenties as the room is not equipped with any amenities due to "environemtal friendly" policy.
Also wifi is bad, connection cuts off everytime.

Rooms are nice. The hotel is very popular so always get many people at the reception. But not able to have dinner in the restaurant. it is fully booked so I could not order the dishes I want.
