Fair price. Good location. Not very clean. Have free coffee and free laundry service

Perfect location for 4 nights. Close to metro station and DDP. Very comfortable room. Also nice view from upper rooms. Appreciated the free washing machine near the lobby. Hope to come back

It was disgusting experience. The room was extremely dirty. We left this hotel after first night (instead 5 nights) and booked another one nearby.

Very good location. Worth the price

To be honest I like the overall of this hotel. It’s clean and location also strategic, and the room looks very fancy which is good. Just some of the receptionist very rude to me as a guest. I don’t know her name but I saw her talking very nice to korean guest, but when I talked in english she just suddenly changed. I can understand if she lack of english but her expression and how she treated me really make me dissapointed. In the other side, the man who work at night shift during my stay very helpful and friendly eventho also not really good at english, I really appreciate.

No security box in the room which is a bit inconvenient. Hotel told us to put dirty towel outside of the room Which I don’t see anywhere has a place to leave towels. It makes me feel dirty to use. The front desk didn’t try to help introducing the hotel system and other services in ground floor.

We had a very nice experience staying here, bath tub was very nice with this price and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

I’ve been coming for years. The facilities are nice and clean as usual. But this time my aircon wasn’t working.

Near to convenient store and metro station. Quite convenient.

It is at the budget/basic end of a good hotel room. There are plenty of irritation like the cold tap that is so slow it takes a minute to fill a cup, no safe in the room, very little clothes storage, cheap furniture etc. But it’s OK. I’ve been fairly generous in the scores because it’s not expensive. Don’t expect much. Bus stop outside is useful. Oh, and beware its sister hotel in nearby and it’s very easy to confuse them!
