The price is good. The staff are very kind. The people renting in it who you will share the room were mean.

It was relatively close to Chamartin Station, so it was convenient for me. The toilets and showers are clean. Drinking alcohol is prohibited inside the building.

They need to improve their cleanliness. From the moment I checked in, the atmosphere didn't feel fresh: there was a feeling of confinement and unpleasant odors both in the common areas and especially in the room. The mattress felt very damp (perhaps due to the use of spray without sufficient ventilation). The sheets and pillowcases weren't said to be unwashed, but they didn't feel fresh, perhaps because of the storage location, which picks up odors. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of any accommodation, and I regret that in this case it wasn't taken care of with the necessary care. With some improvements in this area, the experience could be much more pleasant.

The common bathroom area is a little dirty.
