⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Stay for Business Travelers I stayed at Lisboeta Macau during a recent business trip and had an overall great experience. The property has a unique, vibrant atmosphere that blends modern comfort with a touch of nostalgic charm. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped — perfect for unwinding after a busy day of meetings. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby hotels, convention centers, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and good range of dining options within the complex.

The website said the check-in starts from 3pm. So I went after 2:10. I was surprised that the lobby was packed and noise with many people sitting. Then I realised the hotel has strict check in time which didn’t look good for first impression. For staff, some are good while others are not friendly. When picking up the room card at 3pm, I asked if I can get high floor but was told the room in high floor wasn’t ready, which is obviously a lie. When asked if I can get a quiet room but was told “it depends on your next door”. I feel shocked for that answer which I have never heard before. After staying, I understand it is partly true as door wasn’t good with soundproof. The breakfast wasn’t good. Food didn’t taste good and was lack of varieties. Staff was good though. The location is a little far from everything.

shuttle bus to/from HZMB was terminated. need to take the one to 上葡京 & walk to the hotel. the indoor swimming pool opens from 9am to 6pm & effectively close at 5:45pm. it will be good if the service hour may extend. hotel guests get 15% discount on meals at restaurant except breakfast
