"Our stay in the hotel was very enjoyable. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. One small improvement that could be made was the instant drinking water dispenser provided in the room. The volume of the machine's water container is small, so we needed to refill it with tap water very frequently. Also, when we wanted to drink water, the machine only fits the hotel cup, while small water bottles cannot fit, so we had to first fill up the hotel cup, then pour it into our water bottles. This is quite inconvenient."

"We enjoyed our stay in Broadway Macau... The best hotel for me since its interconnected to galaxy and other hotel groups in galaxy complex. During our stay, we experienced T8 however, there are still available activities for us and the kids... no worries since the hotels in the galaxy complex are connceted with a bridge so we were able to stroll around even if signal T8 is up. We also loved the amenities it offers. I think this is the best hotel for families travelling to Macau especially with kids since there are amenities that kids will surely love. Since it was T8, the staff also allowed us to extend our room stay until 2pm for free. In the Lounge they also offers free snacks."

"It's quite thoughtful that the hotel provides separate non-smoking and smoking floors. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and even had convenient USB charging ports by the bed. Its location is excellent, right next to the Grand Lisboa. If you're arriving from Hong Kong, you can take the Grand Lisboa's shuttle bus from the ferry terminal, and the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from there – super convenient! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they guided us to the Ruins of St. Paul's, which is easily reachable on foot. Even the housekeeping staff on our floor were great – always greeting us with warm smiles, which made us feel very welcome. We were traveling with our child and when we asked for an extra toothbrush, she promptly provided it without any hesitation."

"Galaxy Hotel is truly the pinnacle of family-friendly hotels in Macau! The service absolutely blew me away! From the moment we checked in, Benjamin at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. He proactively offered coloring books to the kids and immediately arranged a non-smoking room for us. He even asked if we'd like a children's tent in the room, and then escorted us to our room, introducing us to the hotel's amenities. This was a huge difference compared to my previous stay at JW Macau. Shortly after we arrived in the room, housekeeping came to set up the children's tent and even brought some delightful little gifts for the kids. The staff also told me about the fun Kids' Club on the second floor, reminding us to book some of the activities in advance. Irene and Kerry from housekeeping were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I absolutely loved the service here! The welcome fruit in the room was a pleasant surprise – definitely not just your average apples and oranges. My kids absolutely loved them and kept sneaking bites. The minibar was complimentary, stocked with beer, chips, and instant noodles. The complimentary Grand Resort Deck tickets for two adults and two children more than made up for the room cost. The entire stay experience was truly fantastic. My daughter even said she wants to come back here next time!"

"Not the most convenient location, but there’s shuttle buses provided by the hotel to/from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, The Venetian and The Parisian. Shuttle buses to the hotels at Cotai Strip only starts from 11AM though, would be great if it can start earlier. The staff also made up for it with their service! They were very helpful in directing us to the bus stop that we were looking for, and helped us to break our note to give us small change so that we can get around Macau by public bus. Ron very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room and we had a very comfortable stay!"
