Avoid this hotel by all means if you are a foreign traveller. They only cater to Chinese Mainlanders. At check-in before even getting my room card, first thing they pointed out if you checkout late is 200/hr as penalty. That was already a turn off as a hotel guest. There was zero security at the hotel. Anyone could walk-in and take the lift to any levels. Pointless giving out key card access when it’s open to public. Didn’t feel safe at all. Breakfast was horrible. Paid for breakfast for my entire stay but after the 1st day there was no way I was going back to the horrendous food and service. No one could speak English and they just make you wait for nothing as they refused to serve us. Classified as a 5star hotel but it’s not even 2 star at best. For the price we paid it is definitely a rip-off!

This is the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I’ve been wanting to stay here for quite a while since it was built in 2009. Situated right next to the Wynn Macau, I thought L’arc felt like a five-star hotel. From the overall design, with high ceilings to the little details, you’ll feel that this place, though had better days, it’s still very luxurious in his own way. I stayed in the 55 m² room which had a beautiful veranda style bathroom coupled with a separate shower and bathtub. The vanity area contained two sinks, which was great for me and my wife. Our views of the Wynn hotel, and we were high enough to see some of the Macau skyline a little bit of Zhuhai. The ****** area had two floors, but due to Covid it’s been downsized to one floor. The gym was quite mediocre for five star hotel with only a total of eight machines, in which two of the machines were not working specifically the step master. The clubhouse, which can be accessed freely as a hotel. Resident also has a steam room at a pool area. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.
