This hotel had just opened, and because I have a special connection with London, it had been on my radar. For our anniversary trip, it was the obvious choice. Five days before our arrival, a hotel staff member called to ask about our needs for the stay. They also added me on WeChat to provide important check-in information, including the airport bus connections and details about the Huating Club benefits. **Facilities:** The layout of the living room, bedroom, and bathroom was well-designed and flowed seamlessly. The bathroom fixtures were all luxury brands, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. There was even a foot massager in the living room, which was a thoughtful and friendly touch. **Environment:** All the rooms are designed as suites, making them comfortable and practical. The lobby, breakfast area, afternoon tea restaurant, and cocktail bar all boast an exquisitely luxurious design with a strong British vintage feel. **Service:** From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the butler service made us feel truly at home. After checking in, our butler, Cindy, escorted us to our room and provided a thoughtful introduction. She was available online throughout our stay, arranging meal times and seating, organizing anniversary room decorations and a celebratory cake, and even bringing us small desserts and handwritten cards in the evening. The service was incredibly meticulous.🌹 The restaurant staff also made our experience very enjoyable. A special thanks to Willian, the handsome gentleman at afternoon tea. His warm smile was charming, and his professional and attentive recommendations for freshly made desserts felt like he could read my mind. I was holding a bottle of sparkling water and was about to open it myself when he appeared by my side, providing the perfect service – twisting it open and pouring it for me, all seamlessly. This is the highest level of service. Candra, who worked at the Leadenhall Market breakfast, spoke fluent English and was delightful and incredibly attentive. We went back for breakfast a day later, and he immediately recognized us, greeting us warmly with a special sense of familiarity. Knowing we were leaving after breakfast, he mentioned he had specially made a rose latte for Madame, which made us very happy. I also want to thank Jessica at the evening cocktail bar for making us anniversary fruit cakes for two consecutive nights and for taking photos that beautifully captured the ambiance.❤️ After all that, I haven't even mentioned the amazing food at the Huating Club. The breakfast was so rich it was moving, with various sashimi, seafood congee, seafood noodles, chicken soup with fish maw, various Cantonese dim sum, steak, and lamb chops – all fresh and delicious. And it's available until 1 PM, which is perfect for late risers. After exploring and sightseeing, there's also an excellent afternoon tea with a wide array of exquisite desserts, savory snacks, and beautiful small bites. During cocktail hour in the evening, not only are drinks unlimited, but they are paired with a whole set of beautifully plated snacks, and the offerings change daily – so much thought put into it. The service and food are absolutely top-notch. The experience was fantastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Macao next time.

I've stayed in countless hotels worldwide, but none have provided service as exceptional as The Londoner. Even before check-in, they proactively asked about our needs via KakaoTalk. They not only decorated our room and upgraded it for my mother but also surprised her with a birthday celebration during the evening cocktail hour. On top of that, they offered complimentary late check-out and a free ride to the airport in a Londoner taxi. The room received turn-down service twice a day and was always impeccably maintained. The executive lounge spaces were also incredibly appealing, a feast for the eyes, and the food was delicious! As I write this, I can only think of praise. I truly, highly recommend it!

Our anniversary trip this time exceeded all expectations; it was an absolutely top-tier experience, all thanks to The Londoner Macao! We stayed in the Louis Suite, which features a vintage British design style. The decor perfectly blends classic leather with modern technology. Since it was our anniversary, the hotel even decorated the room and prepared a cake, making the occasion feel truly special. The dining experience at Huating also offered incredible value for money. This package included breakfast (brunch), afternoon tea, and evening cocktail hour. The breakfast (brunch) ran until 1 PM, and we opted for the Western breakfast, featuring highlights like lobster eggs Benedict, as well as fish maw soup, crab porridge, and Chinese dim sum. The Chinese and Western dim sum for afternoon tea were beyond our expectations, especially the chilled seafood with dressing, various sandwiches, and ice cream. The evening cocktail hour from 6 PM to 8 PM offered unlimited drinks, with the bartender introducing each beverage. There were also so many snacks that it could easily serve as dinner. Finally, The Londoner's service standards are truly industry-leading. After booking, a butler contacted us in advance to make arrangements, and upon check-in, the concierge even greeted us by name. It felt like all the service staff were incredibly detail-oriented; these small service touches left a deep impression on me. For our next important celebration, I will definitely come back here! 🎉

The Londoner Macao is definitely the top choice in Taipa, offering an almost perfect overall stay! The exterior perfectly replicates the Palace of Westminster and Elizabeth Tower, with hourly chimes and a ceremonial changing of the guard performance. Vintage buses and telephone booths on the streets are everywhere for photo opportunities, and the night lights are absolutely stunning. All rooms are suites, offering spacious living areas and separate bedrooms for high privacy. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom features a large, well-equipped bathtub. Every detail of the decor exudes an English aristocratic style. The front desk and concierge staff are friendly and polite, making check-in swift, and they respond immediately to any needs. The Churchill's Table buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including seafood, dim sum, and Western-style grilled meats, all with excellent flavor. The hotel is connected to a large shopping mall with abundant shopping and dining options. The swimming pool, gym, and spa facilities are comprehensive, making it perfect for both couples and families.

I contacted the hotel in advance, and everything from check-in to our daily schedule was perfectly arranged. They even provided special desserts for the kids, which they absolutely loved! I've stayed at many different hotels in Macau, and I feel The Londoner is quite reliable. Their breakfast and afternoon tea are both amazing – I couldn't eat anything else all day! 😂😂😂

Cindy and Jack provided excellent service and were always smiling. The hotel's breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktails were all fantastic and plentiful. The restaurant staff were very proactive and attentive.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and the concierge team was incredibly helpful. They assisted with receiving flowers and decorating the room, which made my girlfriend so happy. They also stored our luggage. I particularly want to commend Collin and another colleague whose name I don't know – they were truly wonderful. The evening bar staff were also exceptionally friendly, and the bar had a great selection of drinks and delicious snacks. What really touched me was that even though I hadn't specifically mentioned it was my girlfriend's birthday, they prepared a cake and even sang 'Happy Birthday' to her – I suspect Collin might have arranged it. It was incredibly thoughtful and moving. I'm definitely coming back to Macau, and I'll always choose to stay at this hotel.

The all-day access privilege to The Londoner Hotel's exclusive club, The華庭 (Huá Tíng), which includes breakfast, classic English afternoon tea, and selected cocktails at the bar in the evening, is absolutely incredible value for money. During my two-night stay, I enjoyed two different breakfasts. One featured Lobster Benedict and scallops (if you want a second serving of Lobster Benedict, you can request it 'flying egg' style, meaning without the egg). The scallops were delicious prepared both ways, and the small pastries were also fantastic. The one with a tiny abalone on top left the deepest impression. Personally, I found the crab porridge a bit average, and would highly recommend the seafood porridge I had on the second day instead. For the second breakfast, we switched to a different restaurant, primarily offering sashimi. I only had salmon, sweet shrimp, and scallops, and the ingredients were as delicious as those in Japan. This restaurant also serves steak and lamb chops, but since we had already eaten for two days, we just stuck with the seafood porridge and sashimi. Briefly about the afternoon tea: there was a variety of savory and sweet snacks. I found the savory options more appealing than the sweet ones. According to the staff, the afternoon tea menu is fixed, so we skipped it on the second day. Finally, I highly recommend the evening bar offerings. If you like to drink, this is a no-brainer – there are all sorts of freshly mixed cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic drinks. The small bites are truly amazing! I heard they have three different menus, meaning you could go for three consecutive days and not have the same food twice. Plus, if you find something delicious, you can reorder it multiple times. We went both nights, and everything was delicious. A special mention for the freshly squeezed drinks available in various flavors at all times – they all looked incredibly tempting, and though my eyes were bigger than my stomach, I still got to enjoy them visually. The ice cream I had at the end of afternoon tea was also exceptionally good. The hygiene and service were even better. The room came with complimentary fruits and snacks, and the mini-bar was fully stocked with various drinks and snacks (so I didn't actually eat much from it, but it showed great sincerity). The turndown service was also impeccable, with all used towels replaced with clean ones. Most importantly, choosing to stay during the Asian Film Festival period, I actually got to see Xiao Zhan! That was an unexpected and delightful surprise. I love The Londoner Macao and feel like I will choose it again next time.

From check-in to the Executive Lounge experience, my family and I were incredibly impressed. The staff were warm and attentive, the room decor was thoughtfully designed, and the food was outstanding in quality. I've been to Macau countless times, but this was by far the most pleasant stay.

Upon arrival, the doormen didn't help with our luggage. The butler also didn't offer to show us around the facilities or escort us to our room and explain its features. However, they actively improved these points after we brought it to their attention, which was great. Thanks to The Londoner for a memorable birthday!

The service here is absolutely top-notch, truly exceptional! 👍 When I first checked in, I accidentally left my ID in the car. Thankfully, Hanson helped me retrieve it (he was incredibly reassuring throughout, immediately going to check the surveillance footage). Otherwise, I would have had to go to the police station to report it. During my stay, the service was thoughtful and attentive, really exceeding expectations. Breakfast is served until 1 PM, which perfectly suited my schedule, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff during meals were very warm and attentive, even proactively helping to retrieve items. What touched me most was that the hotel remembered my girlfriend's birthday, sang her a happy birthday song, and even gave her a custom cake. The stay was superb, a solid 11/10!

Immersive British luxury, impeccable details, and a perfectly stylish atmosphere. It's quiet, peaceful, and offers a premium travel experience. I have to commend the breakfast buffet, afternoon tea, and the bar's diverse menu. They have everything from meat and vegetables to desserts and fresh seafood – all with exceptional taste. It's plentiful and delicious, with every bite a high-quality treat. I'll definitely be back! Fantastic!

The room layout was comfortable, and although the living room was small, the sofa was incredibly cozy 😌. I was very satisfied with the shower facilities 😀. Both the hotel's guest relations and the receptionist, Adriana, were excellent, providing top-notch service and always ready to help. The cherry grapefruit soda was super delicious! I'd definitely go back again!
