Great calm hotel. Added inclusive items like coffee, biscuits are a nice touch. Breakfast has a wide choice. Price was excellent. Only odd thing is the frosted windows in the room…no view at all.

Nice room and good service Yummy breakfast

Everything was awesome! What you see is what you get, no unpleasant surprises. Spacious room, good facilities, cleanliness is great, awesome customer service. Most importantly, I want to commend the reception staff for excellent service & willing to go extra mile. My luggage was damaged by Ta-Q-Bin during the luggage transport, I wasn't expecting any help actually but the hotel staff goes all out to help me to liaise with Ta-Q-Bin to get compensation as it is very challenging for us to get in touch with Ta-Q-Bin plus we would have communication issue due to language barrier. There were 3-4 calls going on & off to negotiate on the compensation and the staff were patience enough to assist. Honestly, I couldn't think of any other word except AWESOME! Will definitely come back in future!

The hotel provide refreshments throughout the day, even wine before dinner and some light supper at night. It’s nice to have a lovely comfortable lounge to relax when we walk back into the hotel. Eventhough it was just some simple light snacks and drinks, it’s a nice and warm touch and makes us feel very welcome and homely.

Brilliant stay and hospitality. The late night supper and evening snacks were appreciated.

A very nice hotel. We had connecting rooms . Rooms were small but comfortable. Amenities were great! The lounge area had coffee and small snacks for its guests and even simple cocktails at 530pm.

Just learnt that this hotel is actually located on a very important ancient road and just opposite a historical site. All the facilities, room and food are great. I should plan for my next visit during the Gion Fair.

Wonderful hotel with food and service

I am currently staying at Hotel Intergate Kyoto Shijo Shinmachi for the second time due to its fantastic location. It is conveniently located near popular tourist destinations and an MRT station. Additionally, guests can enjoy complimentary drinks, coffee, or chazuke in the lobby lounge during different period (except the breakfast time). Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its location and amenities.
