Hotel was ok, quite convenient. But the bath area was a bit old, comparing to other hotels. Overall experience was good!

The hotel is in a good location, close to many of the sights that we would like to visit. Room was well equipped. Spacious for Japanese hotels.

Hotel has decent breakfast, cocktails and snacks and light supper provided. overall stay was okay except for 1 morning where they had a staff who was clearing the breakfast with clanging noise which after sharing with hotel manager, the feedback was taken and the next day was okay. Thanks!

Very nice clean hotel. Good breakfast , happy hour, coffee and so on A great concept. Nice and good restaurants in walking distance, close to the metro 650 meters

Kyoto had a lot to offer and I had to extend for another night. Fortunately, there was a last available room and I was able to extend my stay without the fuss of changing hotels. Fantastic as usual!

A nice hotel not too far from the subway. Many excellent restaurants around. The hotel offers snack and drinks at different timeslots. Also free coffeeall time.

We stayed 2 nights for our visit to Kyoto, enjoyed the onsen experience which was relatively empty during the night. Daily complimentary late night snacks were good as well.

The food and service is nice. Staffs are friendly too, glad with my choice to stay in Kyoto

It offers snacks all day round which is very handy Abbas good quality food as well.

Among all my stays in Japan, I love this hotel the most. Worth the price!

Great calm hotel. Added inclusive items like coffee, biscuits are a nice touch. Breakfast has a wide choice. Price was excellent. Only odd thing is the frosted windows in the room…no view at all.

Everything was awesome! What you see is what you get, no unpleasant surprises. Spacious room, good facilities, cleanliness is great, awesome customer service. Most importantly, I want to commend the reception staff for excellent service & willing to go extra mile. My luggage was damaged by Ta-Q-Bin during the luggage transport, I wasn't expecting any help actually but the hotel staff goes all out to help me to liaise with Ta-Q-Bin to get compensation as it is very challenging for us to get in touch with Ta-Q-Bin plus we would have communication issue due to language barrier. There were 3-4 calls going on & off to negotiate on the compensation and the staff were patience enough to assist. Honestly, I couldn't think of any other word except AWESOME! Will definitely come back in future!
