Great location and staff is very nice and friendly. Close to the mall and waterfront, not much food options close by unless you walk. Room is decent size and clean as well, lotion and soaps are very scented

Beautiful and comfortable room. Staff were all very nice and helpful. They made us feel so welcome! Location is great with many nice cafes nearby. It’s close to city center and the harbour, just a few minutes walk. While so many hotels in Vancouver are getting old, outdated and in need of a facelift, the ExChange is really nice and I would surely come back in my next visit.

Nice hotel, room was a little funny and quite dark. The staff are lovely though.

Fantastic hotel. Very convenient as we were going on the Princess Cruise. The concierge, front office and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in the city center, walking distance to the Gas Clock, Canada Palace, shopping mall, very convenient, the hotel doorman and front desk service attitude is very good, we arrived in Vancouver in the morning, went to the hotel to store luggage first, the front desk registered the name and phone number, and notified us that the room was ready before noon, we can check in, very efficient. The bed in the room is very comfortable, there are free bottled water, kettle, except for disposable toothbrushes, other items are available; the only drawback is that the bathroom shower room has no door, only half a glass partition, it will be a bit cold when taking a shower.

A hotel with a very high cost-effectiveness ratio. The supplies in the room are very good, the bath products are L'Occitane, and there is free coffee and fresh milk. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is in a great location, just a five-minute walk to Canada Square, Gastown, subway entrance, etc. The hotel management is considerate and thoughtful. We checked in early and the room was very comfortable. Let us spend a pleasant three days in Vancouver.

The location is very good, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Canada Place and Gas Town. The room is small and everything else is average. Due to the summer vacation, the price is still expensive
