房間空間雖然不大，但是勝在開業時間不長，設計合理，服務到位，早餐味道不錯，坐酒店班車到銀河可以轉車到口岸和機場，挺方便，送了迷你吧、杏仁餅，新拖鞋也是可以拿走，性價比很高，如果再去澳門，相信還會選擇入住安達士酒店🏨

Nice hotel in Macau, I love the design and aesthetics of it. Free shuttle is available from the port or airport to the hotel, but have to switch in galaxy diamond lobby. Service and food is excellent. Will definitely recommend this if you want a modern nice hotel in Macau.

We booked 2 rooma and stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate a post birthday for my son. The hotel prepared a complimentary cake to my boy and he was extremely surprised and happy to received it. Rea who assisted our checked in is very friendly and provided me a lot of travel info in Macau. We love the hotel rooms and amenities here. We had a comfortable sleep. Also, the personal touch given by the housekeeper_Winnie. Overall, we have a very pleasant stay in Andaz Hotel Macau. We will be back again in our next trip.

Room is decent but the amenities are rather wasteful with big paper packaging. I understand not using plastic but just 3 cotton stick in a large box in a bathroom is not ideal.

建議將你們清高的維護人員做一下崗前培訓。夜晚凌晨觀賽結束後回到房間看到雙床房衹有一個泡麪打電話詢問是否可以多拿一盒，告知需要自費於是我們説那那一盒上來吧我們付款，結果接電人員説請下來前台繳納按金，請問，一盒市場價五塊錢你們賣35的泡麪我還要下去繳納按金？這就是酒店的送餐服務？第二日退房去寄存行李，在六樓交了房卡並詢問是在一樓報房間號寄存嗎得到肯定答覆，結果到了一樓報房間號寄存被質疑不是住房客人，並且其中一位“服務人員”還用粵語與同伴説“看乒乓球騙寄存的”那眼神比進奢侈品店還讓人望而卻步。最後我拿出酒店訂單才讓二位爺勉強為我提供合理的寄存服務。作為一晚將近兩千塊的酒店，衹能説請別既要賽事流量又區別對待滿心歡喜前來觀賽的球迷，不是衹有你高貴的，謝謝！另外在到達酒店的時候，衹因我書包上掛了個乒乓球掛件就被默認為來“追私”，我是開辦入住的啊，你們工作人員哪怕問一句是來辦理入住的嗎？很難嗎？我花錢住酒店搞得像來你們這偷東西的。衹能説，作為一個偌大的集團，面對流量和收益的同時，希望仍冷保有些許服務行業的謙卑和真誠待人吧。

新，幹靜整潔，充電插頭在桌面上，不用到處找，設計真好。尤其喜歡白天房間光線明亮，能夠在明亮環境下，保持這麼乾淨，非常棒
我們是來銀河綜藝館看比賽，下樓右轉就是入口，特別適合長者，不累，看完比賽就可以回房休息。
回房驚喜的發現手機線給整理好了，床又重新鋪好了。房間裏被重新整理的整整齊齊，乾乾淨淨，連牙刷這些又補給了一份。
入住歡迎禮也是至今遇到的最豐富的，除了英記的點心禮盒，還有各種飲料，可惜這次有些來去匆匆，衹住一晚，下次來一定會多訂幾晚。太喜歡酒店的氛圍了。
去銀河也很方便，有車坐車，不想等車，步行穿過萬豪酒店就到了。
已經期待下一次入住了

This is my first time writing a review for any hotel as I was completely amazed by the service from Andaz Macau! 🫶🏻
As our stay coincided with my exact birthday, Yolanda 小魚 and Jonathan were very kind and gave us a free upgrade to a suite. They even prepared a handwritten card, fresh fruit, cake, pastries and a bottle of wine for the night! It was really a great surprise and I have never felt this taken care of in any hotels I had stayed in before 🥰
I went back to thank Yolanda 小魚 the next day and she emphasised how important it is for us to have an enjoyable experience during our stay!
She even prepared a plushie as she knew that we were there for the table tennis match located just below the hotel 🥺
All I want to say is a big thank you to Yolanda 小魚 and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family!

Really good service, Their Amelia with a big smile and really helpful to guide us through everything, we feel it home and doesn’t want to leave.
I think the hotel must got a really good management cause no matter where we go their staff always trying to help.
