Even when we arrived late at night due to a flight delay, she remained patient and smiling, not only quickly helping us check in but also thoughtfully reminding us of the weather forecast and transportation suggestions for the next day. Throughout our stay, whatever problems we encountered, we could always get a timely and satisfactory solution by contacting the front desk. This meticulous care made us feel incredibly warm. The hotel environment was also excellent, quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful haven during our busy travels. In short, it was a very pleasant stay, and we look forward to returning!"

"The location is indeed excellent, right across from Jinling Department Store. They even have a separate parking lot, though the entrance is a one-way street, and it gets blocked when cars are entering and exiting simultaneously. The room itself is quite spacious. The elevator is a bit old, and it's shared with other floors, but thankfully, you need a key card to access the guest floors."

The freshly brewed Americano coffee at the hotel reception was also great. I took the kids out for a few days and just needed some clothes to change into. There is freshly cooked noodles for breakfast, and the breakfast auntie is very nice! Very serious!"
