There is a snack street next to the ski resort. You can eat, drink and have fun downstairs. The room was clean and bright, the wet and dry separation design was super practical, and the bedding was soft like sleeping on the clouds. The most pleasant surprise is free afternoon tea and supper. If you are tired from taking your baby back to the hotel, you can replenish your energy. The restaurant can also provide breakfast for children, and the picky baby can also eat deliciously. The whole service is warm and efficient, responsive, and I received a small gift when I checked out. The baby went home and said that he would come again.

The environment is quiet, and I live here every time I pass by. The room is large and can be put down to a 30-inch box. The TV needs members to watch, not to watch.
There is no conditioner, and there is a lot of water. The electric kettle is not clean.
The pillow is not good, I remember that I used to provide cervical pillows. This time I have a soft pillow. I have a headache after sleeping.

MMeilifeizhuliuAtour is the most hospitable and affordable hotel I have ever stayed at. The breakfast is also very rich. My companion drove till midnight and did not come down to have breakfast in order to sleep. The staff also asked me to pack a portion to take with me to the room and made a bowl of beef rice noodle soup and served it directly. It was so touching. 👍🏻

SScarlettYY近幾日住過本酒店兩種房型的大床房。
設施：看中今年新開業，設施比較新，選擇的麗呈睿軒，小度智能控制確實很方便。不過衞生間不是智能馬桶，這個天氣坐着蠻冷的。洗臉枱盆處無毛巾架，但有温馨提示：本着綠色環保，建議減少布草的洗滌，可多次使用（大概這個意思吧）。不過我用過的毛巾沒地方晾掛，如果丟在枱面上，下次再用來洗臉，心裏多少有點膈應。
衞生：1.第一晚剛入住，準備用洗手間，發現座圈上有明顯的黃色尿漬，以及未用乾布擦乾淨的水漬，裏面還有未沖乾淨的黑色雜質，不知道是什麼。（及時聯繫了前台客服，前台工作人員帶着保潔阿姨過來迅速打掃了一下衞生間馬桶，並表達了歉意）；2.剛開始淋浴間下水很慢，以為是地漏設計上的問題，並未在意，自己洗頭髮都會把頭髮放在牆面隔板上，生怕堵地漏。後來發現水越積越深，一直漫到了房間，因為正在洗澡不方便聯繫客房部處理，沒有手套我徒手扣開地漏才發現堆積了一團長長短短的毛髮，接着下水就順暢了，還自行擦乾了地面，擦完拍照，照片依然可以看到地面的水跡。這時已經對酒店衞生很不滿意了，並且對我自己造成很大不便。退房時和前台客服反映了這個情況，希望保潔阿姨可以加強打掃細節，以免給住客帶來困擾和不便。因此，衞生分我實事求是打得並不高。
環境：酒店在大樓的22/23層，地毯看着很新，房間剛進來會有裝修後遺留的味道，需要開窗通風。樓層高，周邊視野開闊。
服務：第一晚預訂房間時備註了有小孩，需要小童拖鞋和踩腳凳，酒店都有認真準備，這個服務很好。需要更多衣架，聯繫了前台，也很快幫忙送來了。早餐準備得也很貼心。這些很加分。 第二次入住歡迎水果是爛的…其實少給一些也沒問題的🥲 另外，烘乾機網兜裏的積灰很厚，我清理出來後整個洗衣房裡都沒找到垃圾桶，無奈衹好放在枱面上，並寫了便簽貼貼在垃圾旁。
