Pretty decent play to stay

It was also close to the train station, making it a great location for traveling from Lyon to Annecy. The facilities were clean and the room was spacious. The microwave on the first floor was also great.

The location is great. The room is spacious, even with a crib. A microwave and kettle are available at reception. Parking is available for €12 per night with secure parking, which is great. On the other hand, there was a major problem in the room, probably due to water damage and humidity. Every morning the window was filled with dripping water. The daily cleaning was cursory: a water jet in the shower, beds made, and towels changed, but the floor wasn't cleaned. The shower is very slippery; be careful with children!! Breakfast is not worth €12 at all. There's a long wait for both cutlery and the buffet, and the breakfast staff is unfriendly.

The hotel is very conveniently located - the metro is nearby, you can walk to the train station. The room is clean and spacious. The windows overlook the street, but there was no noise from the road. I would like to have a kettle in the room. But this was not a problem, because in the reception area you can use both a kettle and a microwave. Also, upon request, we were given cutlery and cups in the room. In general, I would like to note the staff - everyone is very responsive and friendly.

Very disappointed in every way, and ripped off by trip.com on the price = bad experience. This hotel is not worth a 3 star. Very basic breakfast. Work to be planned, privacy not very respected, very noisy...

Well located, pleasant hotel. We stayed 1 night in a double room.

It's close to the metro, so accessibility is good. However, as soon as I entered, I could smell cigarette smoke. When I left the door open, it was a little off, but it still had a faint cigarette smell,,,,and the bathroom and shower room were very small. Breakfast was very good.

Great hotel with a great location, you can walk to the main attractions. And the area itself was very pleasant. Cleaning in the room every day. Towels were always fresh. Everyone at the reception was very friendly and helped with any question. no problems. Definitely recommend.
