"Traveling to Yuncheng with my elderly parents, this hotel offered excellent value for money. The welcome fruit, snacks, and mini-fridge beverages were replenished daily and were all complimentary. There was even a list in the room of items you could borrow. The hairdryer was definitely a hit for those with long hair. The hotel proactively contacted me beforehand to inquire about room preferences and helped arrange rooms on the same floor. The front desk service was also spot on. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant for three consecutive nights, and my parents were very satisfied. My only suggestion would be that if Yuncheng ever becomes a smoke-free city, it would be great if the hotel could have a few completely smoke-free rooms equipped with smoke detectors and sprinkler systems."

"The view is absolutely 100 points. Facing the Yellow River and nestled against the mountain, at night, spotlights showcase Yuncheng's beautiful scenery! Now, let's have a few complaints. First, the service. They were incredibly accommodating, which is commendable. There was an evening event on the lawn in front of my room, but no one on Ctrip or at the hotel informed us. Since the event wasn't until after 11 PM, I contacted the housekeeper and was eventually offered a room change. Although we had two options—one with a broken bathtub and one with broken glass—we chose the one with the broken glass for quieter rooms. The guy who greeted us was very patient, even though we had already checked into the first room and used the bathtub. He was also very friendly! For the next two days, every staff member was indifferent and stern. While every request was met, the service was truly ”unexpected” for a Ctrip-sponsored resort. Second, the food. On the first day, I ordered Yellow River carp and found a hair. The staff didn't even apologize, but simply refunded it. I ordered other dishes. If I hadn't been embarrassed by the room change, I would have walked out. I think the poor service is still a problem of training. The requirements for waiters are too low, which really damages Ctrip's brand!"

It has various guest rooms and suites, and the rooms are fully equipped.The hotel has Chinese and Western restaurants, a luxurious meeting room in the Salt Lake Hall of more than 450 square meters and multiple multi-functional meeting rooms, providing different options for various types of activities.The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool, gym, KTV club, language and digital conference room, etc., allowing guests to meet different needs while experiencing elegant quality and thoughtful service.
"A relatively stylish old hotel 🏡Location: Generally, more than 300 hotels🏨 of the same price will have much better facilities and equipment than here, but its location is not bad. It is a long time away from Yuncheng Station and can be reached by walking🚶➡️. It is next to Yu Street and opposite is the church⛪️. 🔔Service: The front desk staff 👩💼 are very enthusiastic, work in an orderly manner, check-in is fast, strict, and safe. 🧹Hygiene: The lobby is clean and bright, and the overall hygiene of the room is good, but there is a shampoo bag torn off by the previous guest in the bathing area. This is not good. 🔧Facilities: The overall facilities are relatively old, and there is water seepage on the walls, which are all blistered. Maybe it's because the hotel has been around for a long time. The room is also equipped with a safe, a small refrigerator, etc., and all basic toiletries are provided. The hair dryer has a relatively small power and the paper towels are very thin. In addition, the door card is not easy to use and inconvenient. The TV cannot be cast and the bed is too soft. The lobby was filled with a faint cedar aroma, and the lighting was soft, like moonlight, instantly easing the fatigue of travel. The front desk receptionist's smile was warm, and without a word, a cup of warm welcome tea was already in hand. Entering the guest room, the view immediately opened up. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was the dazzling city nightscape, and the interior decor was simple yet stylish. The bedding was pristine white and soft, as if clouds enveloped the body. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the marble countertop was polished like a mirror, and the amenities exuded a fresh herbal scent."

"The room was great, clean and comfortable, and we received fresh fruit every day. We didn't realize the hotel offered free airport and train station pickup until we were almost there. A lady quickly picked us up and got us to the hotel in just 10 minutes. We also got welcome fruit daily. It's been a long time since I've encountered such excellent service. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and accommodating. Due to a flight delay, we needed a late check-out, and the driver patiently waited for us after rescheduling. To my surprise, we arrived at the airport in just 10 minutes! With such convenient, quick service and wonderful staff, there's no reason not to stay here again! The airport transfers were also in a comfortable business-class vehicle."

"The hotel is located in a relatively quiet village, adjacent to the salt lake. The rooftop is very comfortable. You can feel the wind blowing from the salt lake, which makes you feel like you are at the seaside. You can also look out at the tall and mighty statue of Guan Erge on the distant mountain from the rooftop, saving you another trip to the scenic spot😁😁 The hotel is quite large, with single-family villas. The room I booked is relatively compact, but I didn't spend much time in the hotel when I went out to play, so it didn't affect my mood. The hotel is only about ten kilometers away from the downtown area, which is quite convenient. I will come again if I have a chance next time!"
