"Traveling to Yuncheng with my elderly parents, this hotel offered excellent value for money. The welcome fruit, snacks, and mini-fridge beverages were replenished daily and were all complimentary. There was even a list in the room of items you could borrow. The hairdryer was definitely a hit for those with long hair. The hotel proactively contacted me beforehand to inquire about room preferences and helped arrange rooms on the same floor. The front desk service was also spot on. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant for three consecutive nights, and my parents were very satisfied. My only suggestion would be that if Yuncheng ever becomes a smoke-free city, it would be great if the hotel could have a few completely smoke-free rooms equipped with smoke detectors and sprinkler systems."

"It is hard to understand how a hotel can have so many problems in two nights, power outage at 10pm + changing four rooms + excavator downstairs at 11pm + crazy knocking on the door while I was sleeping soundly and listening to the male supervisor apologize 1The air conditioner in the first room was a bit noisy, so I changed to the second room 2 The hotel lost power at around 10pm that night and it was completely dark. There was no emergency lighting and no one notified what had happened. 3. I woke up the next morning and found that there was no cover on the bathroom window. The whole room was bright and I couldn't sleep at all. 4 I changed to a third room because I hired a car and was not in the hotel for a day. I left my luggage in the room and left. When I came back and opened the door, the room smelled like a public toilet. 5 changed to the fourth room…The excavator started working downstairs at around 11 o'clock. I'm impressed... I've never seen a large machine working in a city center at 11pm. I was going to change the fifth room, but after a while, the quarrel between other communities and excavators ended. 6I thought the disaster would be over after I checked out the next day. Who would have thought that a male supervisor would knock on my door frantically at around nine in the morning to apologize to me when I was fast asleep. No one paid any attention to him and he kept knocking on the door. What kind of new type of boss is this? ? No matter whether the customer is resting or not, as long as you want to apologize, it doesn’t matter what time it is? ? Is it polite for a man to knock on a woman's door frantically, either at night or in the morning? ? Three stars because the general manager finally came to apologize and refunded the room fee, but the first thing he said to me was that there was construction going on next door to the hotel. Construction next door to the hotel is the least of your problems. I don't know how the employees report the situation. The hotel staff was very nice throughout the whole process and actively changed rooms, but there was no apology or compensation. We changed four rooms but no one offered to help us upgrade the room or anything like that. When I was about to change to the fifth room and I was already very dissatisfied, they said they would give me a fruit plate so that I would not give a bad review... After knowing that I would definitely describe the room truthfully, they knocked on the door frantically early in the morning... What an incredible way to handle the problem."

"This is probably the best value hotel in the entire city! The staff were incredibly friendly. The room wasn't huge, but the wet and dry areas were separate, and the pillows were made of memory foam (not those flimsy soft ones), so I slept really well! Also, if you turn left out of the hotel entrance and walk about 200 meters, there's a noodle shop with amazing taste, generous portions, and great prices. We ordered one bowl of noodles and it came out like a ”basin,” and a single serving of dumplings had over 20 pieces. What a fair and honest business!"

Very good, very good. The guy at the front desk is also the person in charge. He is very nice, gentle, and a gentleman. He is always willing to help. It feels like home, with comfortable beds and complete facilities. Now that I think about it, in the hotels or B&Bs I have stayed in in Shanxi, this makes me particularly comfortable and moved. During our trip to Shanxi, we had the opportunity to stay at Home Inn Neo (Walmart Plaza, Hedong East Street, Xueyuan Road, Yuncheng) in Yuncheng. We stayed in this hotel for four nights and had an extraordinary experience. As soon as I checked in at noon on January 25, I was warmly received by the front desk staff. The introduction was clear, the explanation was concise, and the processing was quick. We were deeply moved when they saw that there were children among us and they asked us about our concerns and helped us enthusiastically. It really feels like home, right at home. Entering the hotel makes you feel suddenly enlightened. The hotel is overall clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and bright, and all kinds of supplies are well placed. You feel comfortable as soon as you enter. The floor cleaners are hospitable and polite. There is a parking space, and there is someone in charge who is responsible. All staff members were courteous to guests, and when I left the hotel on the 29th, I received greetings and blessings from the front desk staff. The Home Inn brand represents the effect of being at home and the feeling of being at home.

I booked this hotel for a business trip. The hotel is newly opened. The room is relatively large, clean and fresh. The mattress, pillow and quilt are very comfortable. The electric curtains and large projector are great. The bath water is very good. The girl at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce Yuncheng's food and attractions. The free airport pick-up service was also great.

The first praise for going out during the Spring Festival. Very good, the facilities are relatively new and the sanitary conditions are good. Breakfast is also very in line with the positioning. The service of the younger brother at the front desk is also very good. The Yudu Park at the door should be the largest park in Yuncheng. During the period, I didn't go to the attractions for a long time and took the baby to play in the park. All five stars.

The breakfast was plentiful, the best of the entire trip, and better than other comparable brands. The late-night snacks were also good, and the service was excellent. However, it's located in the old town, and there's not much to see or do around. The parking lot is a bit small, and it gets quite inconvenient during holidays when it gets crowded.

Overall, the hotel is excellent. The room was clean with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was neat and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and bright. However, the bathroom only had half a roll of toilet paper. I asked the cleaning lady for another roll, but she said she didn't have any. I found that quite odd. Additionally, the front desk told me there would be eight bottles of water in the room, but there were actually only two in the room and two in the fridge. Given the hot weather, that wasn't nearly enough for me. My husband also asked the cleaning lady for toilet paper, and she also said she didn't have any. In the end, we had to buy a pack of tissues outside, which was very inconvenient. We were already tired and just wanted to rest. During our trip to Yuncheng, we saw the loess hills, which were beautiful for us southerners.

The manager also very friendly to upgrade the room for free, and warmly and detailedly introduced the tourist attractions, routes, travel transportation and food around the hotel in Yuncheng. The rooms are clean and hygienic, the layout is very reasonable, and the living is very comfortable and satisfactory. Thank you very much for the warm and thoughtful service of the manager Wei and the staff at the front desk, rooms and restaurants. All five-star praise. In the future, I will go to Yuncheng and choose Vienna Hotel (Yuncheng East Road).

The hotel is located in the center of Xinyi Old Town. The location is very, very good. From here, you can see all the ancient Jianlongxing Temple, Zhangzhou Department, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Lelou, Chenghuang Temple, Sanguan Temple, and Confucian Temple. There are many restaurants with local characteristics around. We ate Shanxi hot pot in Huolala, and we waited for more than an hour to eat 😂. There is a dedicated parking lot in the backyard of the hotel. Free parking is too powerful, the service is very thoughtful, clean and tidy. The only downside is that the equipment is a bit old.
