Yuncheng Hotels with Wifi

This stay exceeded my expectations, it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is brand new and spotless. The room is spacious and bright, with a separate shower, toilet, and sink area. The mattress is comfortable and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. They also provide a free laundry room, gym, and ample parking. The location is convenient. It's the top choice for business trips or vacations, and I'll definitely stay here again!

Stayed only for two nights and it was a very excellent stay. The hotel's location is very convenient along a major bus route and it was closer to a shopping center and a good number of excellent restaurants/cafes/bakeries. The faculty of the hotel is also great. It has a gym and laundry facility. The breakfast was very good with a good number of options. The highlight was definitely the hotel staff and their service. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, proactive and extremely helpful. They offered to make a few calls for us as we didn't have a local number. This is one of the few hotels I've stayed at in China that had a security guard that actually patrol each floor of the property.

The first praise for going out during the Spring Festival. Very good, the facilities are relatively new and the sanitary conditions are good. Breakfast is also very in line with the positioning. The service of the younger brother at the front desk is also very good. The Yudu Park at the door should be the largest park in Yuncheng. During the period, I didn't go to the attractions for a long time and took the baby to play in the park. All five stars.

Overall, the hotel is excellent. The room was clean with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was neat and tidy. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and bright. However, the bathroom only had half a roll of toilet paper. I asked the cleaning lady for another roll, but she said she didn't have any. I found that quite odd. Additionally, the front desk told me there would be eight bottles of water in the room, but there were actually only two in the room and two in the fridge. Given the hot weather, that wasn't nearly enough for me. My husband also asked the cleaning lady for toilet paper, and she also said she didn't have any. In the end, we had to buy a pack of tissues outside, which was very inconvenient. We were already tired and just wanted to rest. During our trip to Yuncheng, we saw the loess hills, which were beautiful for us southerners.

The hotel is newly opened, the service attitude is good, the room is clean and tidy, the mattress and pillow are very comfortable, the hot water comes out quickly and in large quantities, and Xiaodu smart switches the curtains and TV. The breakfast tasted good. A little bit of decoration. The price/performance ratio is very high, and it is highly recommended to stay. By the way, I would like to recommend the big plate chicken with noodles opposite the hotel. The portion is large and the taste is good. The noodles are chewy and you will never forget it after trying it.

The view is absolutely 100 points. Facing the Yellow River and nestled against the mountain, at night, spotlights showcase Yuncheng's beautiful scenery! Now, let's have a few complaints. First, the service. They were incredibly accommodating, which is commendable. There was an evening event on the lawn in front of my room, but no one on Ctrip or at the hotel informed us. Since the event wasn't until after 11 PM, I contacted the housekeeper and was eventually offered a room change. Although we had two options—one with a broken bathtub and one with broken glass—we chose the one with the broken glass for quieter rooms. The guy who greeted us was very patient, even though we had already checked into the first room and used the bathtub. He was also very friendly! For the next two days, every staff member was indifferent and stern. While every request was met, the service was truly ”unexpected” for a Ctrip-sponsored resort. Second, the food. On the first day, I ordered Yellow River carp and found a hair. The staff didn't even apologize, but simply refunded it. I ordered other dishes. If I hadn't been embarrassed by the room change, I would have walked out. I think the poor service is still a problem of training. The requirements for waiters are too low, which really damages Ctrip's brand!

Situated right on Longxing Street, it is exceptionally convenient for tourism. You can easily walk to Longxing Temple (龍興寺), Xinjiang Confucian Temple (文廟), and the Jiangzhou Bureau (絳州署). There are also plenty of local restaurants, street food vendors, and convenience stores just steps away.🛏️ Room & Comfort:The room was simple but very neat and clean. Although the building and facilities are a bit older, everything functions well. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and it was peaceful and quiet at night, ensuring a great sleep.💁 Service & Practicalities:The front desk staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel also provides convenient free parking, which is a huge plus if you are doing a self-drive road trip through Shanxi. Note that there is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage, but the staff are happy to assist!Overall, if you are visiting Xinjiang for a historical and cultural tour, this is a top-tier budget choice. It feels good to choose Vienna Hotel (Yunchengyu East Road). The front desk staff takes the initiative to receive guests and check in quickly. The manager also very friendly to upgrade the room for free, and warmly and detailedly introduced the tourist attractions, routes, travel transportation and food around the hotel in Yuncheng. The rooms are clean and hygienic, the layout is very reasonable, and the living is very comfortable and satisfactory. Thank you very much for the warm and thoughtful service of the manager Wei and the staff at the front desk, rooms and restaurants. All five-star praise. In the future, I will go to Yuncheng and choose Vienna Hotel (Yuncheng East Road).

Facilities: The facilities are old, really old, and the items inside, including the blankets, clearly have a very heavy sense of age. Environment: Convenient for eating, convenient for getting skewers, convenient for breakfast. Hygiene: The hygiene is generally okay...I guess?

New construction, clean room, nice windows and the one that opens opens perfectly, decent bathroom space, spacious room, very nice staff, cool and various room lighting options, nice bed, keep your shoes on, room has no carpet no rugs, has been quiet during my stay, seconds walking distance to bus stop- (#14 bus to HSR station),; ”Lanzhou Beef Ramen” is a wonderful family restaurant around the corner on the LEFT- as you exit the hotel just-pass the pharmacy and the bank. I ate there all 4 nights of my stay- delicious beef and potatoes dish, fried rice, cucumber salad, scrambled eggs and tomatoes etc. Beautiful area.
