The front desk staff was very friendly. The surroundings were very lively. Various snacks and delicacies were within a 5-minute walk. Parents and children were very satisfied and said they would stay in this hotel next time. Just before leaving for Xi'an at Yuncheng North Station, the front desk staff called to inform us that a wallet was left behind and was picked up in the room. For us foreign tourists, the hotel staff is excellent. I wish the hotel a prosperous business and further improvement. 🙏"

"Quiet and clean. Very close to both the airport and the high-speed train station. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It was my first stay here, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ate so much every day, but luckily I was walking a lot, so no worries about calories. The young ladies at the front desk were all very attentive and enthusiastic. The staff cleaned and tidied the room daily, restocking bottled water and anything else I needed. Thank you."

"The food was terrible! The facilities were broken and unreliable! It was so remote that there were no food delivery options! The price of over 1000 yuan per night was completely not worth it! Don't come! Absolutely do not come! Located near Dayudu, we initially booked a larger room because we wanted to see the sunrise and sunset over the Yellow River from our room's terrace. The room rate was already very high compared to the surrounding area. But unexpectedly, its remote location meant we couldn't even order takeout. The room's facilities varied in quality; the curtains on the terrace facing the Yellow River couldn't be opened, whether by hand or by pressing a button in the room. When we told the manager, they treated us like dirt, saying, "Just pull the curtains and they'll open automatically." We only told the owner after trying everything (to avoid being ripped off upon check-out). Since there were no restaurants nearby, we had to eat at the guesthouse. The three of us ordered a two-person set meal (set meal A in the picture). The white fish was inedible due to its fishy smell, the shrimp dumplings were pre-made, the pork belly was passable, the steamed black rice was very oily, the complimentary fermented rice with egg drop soup wasn't sweet, and the only edible thing was the stir-fried vegetables. Breakfast required us to book a time in advance because it was a freshly made nine-compartment hot pot [disdainful emoji]. Aside from boiled eggs, corn, and pumpkin, which were cooked to order, everything else was pre-made. Even if it was pre-made, it was incredibly bad; we couldn't eat it at all. The service was so-so, nothing special. The order clearly stated breakfast for three people was included, but the manager-like person at check-in insisted it wasn't available. We told her to check our order, it clearly stated that. Then she said they didn't have it, but since we said the order included it, we'd accept it! Huh?! We paid! Our wallets are empty! Why are they acting like they're doing us a favor? When we pulled back the covers, we found some glitter decorations left over from a party on the bed. A truly awful guesthouse!"

"The location is very good, just off the highway. Parking is convenient. The hotel has a strong sense of design and is close to nature. The room is spacious, clean and transparent, and there is a small garden patio, which is perfect for relaxing. The guys at the front desk are very enthusiastic, and the butler-style service is very considerate. They knew that I forgot to bring a charging socket, so they helped me find one 😂 The aunt in the restaurant was also very nice and helped deliver meals to the room. "Avoid this hotel! It was terrible. On the first day, the smart home assistant couldn't connect to the internet, and when I asked, they said the engineers had gone home and couldn't fix it. The air conditioning had to be turned on and off manually. The worst, even terrifying, thing happened on the second day. Around 3 or 4 AM, the motion-activated light inexplicably turned on. All the lights in the room were off, but suddenly the light near the bathroom came on, next to a large mirror – it looked like something out of a horror movie! This happened several times. I contacted the front desk, and they came up and removed the light, but it was still creepy. I didn't dare sleep until dawn. Imagine how scared any young woman would be! I didn't get a good night's sleep, and my plans for the next day were ruined. I reported it to the hotel manager, who was okay, but said the light malfunction was just a matter of probability, and since staff removed the light at 4 AM, they wouldn't take any responsibility. Well, I can only wish those who choose this hotel good luck."
