The front desk staff during check-in were enthusiastic and attentive; they not only proactively recommended local eateries but also thoughtfully called us when we left something behind in the room. The room facilities are complete, and they even have robots deliver takeout to your door, which adds a cool, high-tech touch. The overall experience was fantastic!"

"This is probably the best and newest hotel in Yuncheng. The room was spacious with a well-designed layout for different functional areas (like the luggage and hanging clothes section). The small details were very thoughtful (such as the mini trash can on the vanity). The air conditioning worked perfectly, responding quickly to temperature or fan speed adjustments. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was spotless, and the towels were pristine white. We felt very safe with the pick-up service from the airport in the evening. We slept in late and weren't disturbed, it was very quiet. I didn't try the dining, so I can't comment on that. We booked for two nights and wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately, there were no rooms available. 😭"

"The hotel's overall environment is excellent. The lobby is spacious and bright, with stylish decor. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a pleasant, subtle fragrance. The small-batch Yunnan coffee at the front desk is delicious, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and hygienic, and all the bedding was new. The hotel also offers a free laundry room and parking, which is very convenient. The atmosphere of the hotel is so warm and inviting. Even though I only stayed for one night, it felt incredibly comfortable and made me happy. Overall, it's fantastic value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again! Highly recommended~"

Breakfast was an 8 yuan buffet, a decent breakfast for ordinary people, with fried dough sticks, steamed buns, milk, soy milk, porridge, and pickled vegetables. The bathroom shower was too weak, but my wife solved the problem by using a plastic belt – brilliant! The water pressure was strong, it worked well, learn from that!"

"The view is absolutely 100 points. Facing the Yellow River and nestled against the mountain, at night, spotlights showcase Yuncheng's beautiful scenery! Now, let's have a few complaints. First, the service. They were incredibly accommodating, which is commendable. There was an evening event on the lawn in front of my room, but no one on Ctrip or at the hotel informed us. Since the event wasn't until after 11 PM, I contacted the housekeeper and was eventually offered a room change. Although we had two options—one with a broken bathtub and one with broken glass—we chose the one with the broken glass for quieter rooms. The guy who greeted us was very patient, even though we had already checked into the first room and used the bathtub. He was also very friendly! For the next two days, every staff member was indifferent and stern. While every request was met, the service was truly "unexpected" for a Ctrip-sponsored resort. Second, the food. On the first day, I ordered Yellow River carp and found a hair. The staff didn't even apologize, but simply refunded it. I ordered other dishes. If I hadn't been embarrassed by the room change, I would have walked out. I think the poor service is still a problem of training. The requirements for waiters are too low, which really damages Ctrip's brand!"

"The hotel is located in the famous hometown of Guan Gong, a one-minute walk from Guandi Temple. It's the Spring Festival holiday, and the independent courtyard is still full of scenery. The pavilions and ponds in the courtyard live directly in the large garden. The three independent rooms all have large front and rear terraces, and you can see the green rice fields surrounding the hotel. The courtyard also has its own independent kitchen, restaurant, tea room, and swimming pool. It's great. I will come back to experience it in depth."

"Avoid this hotel! It was terrible. On the first day, the smart home assistant couldn't connect to the internet, and when I asked, they said the engineers had gone home and couldn't fix it. The air conditioning had to be turned on and off manually. The worst, even terrifying, thing happened on the second day. Around 3 or 4 AM, the motion-activated light inexplicably turned on. All the lights in the room were off, but suddenly the light near the bathroom came on, next to a large mirror – it looked like something out of a horror movie! This happened several times. I contacted the front desk, and they came up and removed the light, but it was still creepy. I didn't dare sleep until dawn. Imagine how scared any young woman would be! I didn't get a good night's sleep, and my plans for the next day were ruined. I reported it to the hotel manager, who was okay, but said the light malfunction was just a matter of probability, and since staff removed the light at 4 AM, they wouldn't take any responsibility. Well, I can only wish those who choose this hotel good luck."

"Stayed only for two nights and it was a very excellent stay. The hotel's location is very convenient along a major bus route and it was closer to a shopping center and a good number of excellent restaurants/cafes/bakeries. The faculty of the hotel is also great. It has a gym and laundry facility. The breakfast was very good with a good number of options. The highlight was definitely the hotel staff and their service. The front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, proactive and extremely helpful. They offered to make a few calls for us as we didn't have a local number. This is one of the few hotels I've stayed at in China that had a security guard that actually patrol each floor of the property."
