The hotel said that they could not pick us up on May 1st, but we could take a taxi and reimburse the fee with the ticket. Then they booked a drop-off for us on May 4th. As a result, when I went to the front desk to confirm on May 3rd, I found that the drop-off time was written as my arrival time in Beijing at 20:00 instead of the departure time from Yuncheng at 14:15. The hotel quickly changed the information and said that someone would contact me the next day. As a result, at 12:55 the next day, when I came back from playing outside and confirmed with the hotel front desk again, the hotel told me that the driver had to go to Yuncheng North to pick up other guests at 13:00, and we could go together. If he came back to pick us up after sending them, it might not be enough time. I was speechless. Just give us five minutes to pack our luggage? And did they really not tell us until we asked? You should ask clearly in advance before booking this drop-off service. Although it is free, it is not the level of service.
