This is a brand new hotel and far surpassed my expectations. The facility is beautiful and modern. All expected amenities were included. Gorgeous bathroom with tub and separate toilet and shower areas. Breakfast is an amazing buffet of western and Chinese food. My only complaint is that the toilet had a faint smell.

Definetly one of the best in the area. Room is big and clean and the service is what you would expect from marriot. Excellent stay. Room service is nice too!

Great location. Excellent service. My only suggestion is to improve the breakfast. Might be how it’s organised but feels like the variety and options are limited versus other Marriott hotels.

Fantastic hotel, friendly hotel staff, rooms are spacious and well maintained. A big shopping mall just beside the hotel, and lots of restaurants in the mall.

Service is excellent! Hotel room is spacious and clean and refreshments were provided during tea time. Hotel is super near Longmen train station and situated at the newer side of the city. Also walkable to a mega mall nearby.

Very good family stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded and allowed to leave our room a little later at no charge. Gargantuan and varied breakfast. Quality service: large swimming pool and well-equipped gym.

As an interior designer who travels frequently, my stay at Luoyang Marriott unexpectedly turned into an aesthetic field trip. As soon as you step into the lobby, you will be amazed by the spatial narrative - the 8-meter-high stone art installation wall deconstructs the elements of Longmen Grottoes in a modern way. The rough original stone and glazed bricks are arranged in sparse and dense patterns, and soft light shines through the space to project flowing light spots, as if the fragments of time in the thousand-year-old Buddhist cave are reborn here. 🖼️Art Easter eggs are everywhere: • Public spaces are transformed into art galleries, with different areas displaying the "Poetry Road New Language" series created by contemporary artists. The collision of stories and techniques makes history within reach. • The theme of the banquet hall on the 4th floor is "Poetry and Scenery". There is scenery in the poem, and there is poetry, water, clouds and willows in the scenery. The fine brush is used to paint cranes, water, clouds and willows. With every recitation and chanting, I express my feelings through poetic scenes. • The theme of the à la carte restaurant on the 3rd floor is "Poetry and Ladies", with its light-hearted and humorous scenes, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. 📍Golden C position: Occupying the core of the new district, it is elegant everywhere. The viewing platform of the executive lounge on the top floor corresponds to the best viewing position of the Tianmen Light Show. It is especially recommended to have a drink here at 18:30 and watch the gilded eaves of the thousand-year-old city tower and the reflection of the glass curtain wall compose a duet of time and space. 🛏️Aesthetic details of the guest rooms: The room we stayed in was extremely user-friendly - the bedside matrix interface, the extra-wide bed, and the mattress were especially praised. I, who was very particular about the bed, actually slept until I woke up naturally! 🍴Art on the tip of your tongue: The beef soup with shredded pancakes made by a local chef for breakfast made me want to go to the streets of the old city in seconds. 💁Warm art housekeeper: • Cindy at the front desk prepared a humidifier after knowing that I was not used to the northern climate. When Eileen found out I had a cold, she kindly brought me some ginger tea. This stay completely broke my inherent impression of classic luxury hotels. From the Northern Wei Dynasty pattern carpet to the contemporary sculptures at the corner, every detail tells the past and future of Luoyang. For travelers with an artistic eye, this place will give you double the surprises!

As a newly opened hotel, you can see that the team wants to do better. They will prepare the pre-smoothing one day in advance, which is better than several Ritz hotels under Marriott, not to mention Sheraton of the same level. The breakfast is acceptable. In fact, each hotel is similar except for their local characteristics. Even the high-end ones are just so-so. At most, they give you two menus, except for the buffet. There are no obvious problems in hygiene. I like the lobby manager on duty on March 1st. She is very kind. When I checked in, she chatted with my mother and my daughter, so that the guests would not feel embarrassed while waiting. The amenities are acceptable, and the free bottled water is better than some hotels of the same level under Accor. The corresponding time of room service is acceptable. The front desk was very responsible in storing luggage. It rained on Sunday and all the umbrellas at the service desk had been borrowed by other guests. I was too lazy to go back to the room to get the umbrellas provided by the guest room because I needed two umbrellas and the two rooms were not on the same floor. I went directly to the storage area to look for my own backpack without showing the storage card. During this time, two staff members came to ask questions until they saw that I only took out two umbrellas from the backpack and reunited with my family who were chatting with the lobby manager. They left with peace of mind. In general, the service team is dynamic, and they are not arrogant because they are the only international chain five-star hotel in Luoyang. I hope they can keep it up. Finally, Henan is a good place and Luoyang is a good place. You can go anywhere by renting a set of armor and carrying a knife. It’s really cool that you don’t care about the scenic spots at all. There are so many beautiful young ladies in Yingtianmen! I can’t see them all, I can’t see them all.

The hotel is in a good location and the transportation is very convenient, which makes our journey even better!

The hotel is opposite the municipal government, the environment is really good, Kaiyuan Lake and Quanshun Shopping Plaza are downstairs, there is a subway entrance at the door, and it is very close to Longmen High-speed Railway Station, Luoyang Museum and Longmen Grottoes, which is very convenient for travel. The front desk lady said that the hotel was newly opened this year, the room is clean and comfortable, and there is a swimming pool. I especially thank Jacob for calling the day before check-in to ask what requirements for the room, which is very heartwarming. Looking forward to the next stay.

The environment is very good and the hygiene is OK. The ordinary twin bed was upgraded to a lake view twin bed. I asked twice for the children's toiletries but they were not delivered. It was a bit unreasonable that only the toilet sink had paper towels but not the room.
