The people running this place are clearly very dedicated and professional. Every detail in the rooms is meticulously arranged, even surpassing what you might find in a five-star hotel—things like toilet seat covers, clothes drying racks, and individually packaged towels. It’s all very thoughtful. The staff, especially a polite and professional woman with glasses, was incredibly helpful; she patiently taught me how to use my phone when I was struggling. Plus, the location is fantastic, right by the river with beautiful views. It's just a short walk across the bridge to the city center, making transportation very convenient. Parking is also available right in front of the hotel, which is both easy and free."

The security guard specifically asked if I had parking and offered to direct me to a parking spot. He also replaced the paper cups in my room with glass cups—he found these himself instead of the standard ones. The breakfast service on the rooftop was also excellent; the lady there was very polite and attentive."
