"This hotel is excellent and offers great value for money. I booked three rooms, and I was extremely satisfied with all of them. The people running this place are clearly very dedicated and professional. Every detail in the rooms is meticulously arranged, even surpassing what you might find in a five-star hotel—things like toilet seat covers, clothes drying racks, and individually packaged towels. It’s all very thoughtful. The staff, especially a polite and professional woman with glasses, was incredibly helpful; she patiently taught me how to use my phone when I was struggling. Plus, the location is fantastic, right by the river with beautiful views. It's just a short walk across the bridge to the city center, making transportation very convenient. Parking is also available right in front of the hotel, which is both easy and free."

"It was my first time to stay. I saw high ratings online, so I came here to experience it. As soon as I entered the lobby, it was very clean. The lady at the front desk had a very good service attitude and answered all my questions. The call was answered in a second and she was very patient and listened to me. Having said that, the bed is very soft and comfortable. I will come again next time. It is worth recommending! The price/performance ratio is very good. I am in my early 100s. The surrounding transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go to Didi to the hotel entrance. "Hotel elevator hygiene needs to be strengthened. The carpet must be cleaned and washed regularly. As soon as you enter the elevator, you will obviously smell a musty smell. It is not good to put a bottle of deodorant in the elevator, and the smell is still there. "粵西五市自駕遊第四站羅定，選了這家酒店。安排的房間很大，雖然江景有點勉強但可以理解。午飯後入住時，感覺客間有裝修異味，一問得知是前年底裝修過，員工説開窗透氣會消除。緊接着我們便出去看長崗坡渡槽了。回酒店後在店一樓歺廳吃晚飯。七點鐘多點返回房間，發現異味依然如此。可能我們長者家對這個比較敏感吧。於是便決定退房轉到另一間酒店。前台説可以換另一個房間，而同一批次裝修的材料效果肯定都一樣啊。我們還是退房了。後來我們打電話給攜程反映情況。攜程客股立郎與酒店商量可否減兔房費，酒店不同意。其實我們退房時就表示不用退費了。我們聽酒店員工説，以前也曾有住客投訴過的。我們每年出行住不少酒店從未遇到這種情況。前三站的酒店我們都給了五星好評，這家店就衹能吐槽，對不起嘍。"
