"It is a very cost-effective hotel. It is rare to encounter a hotel where the guest room department is better than the front office department. This hotel is considered to be the best. I didn't have much contact with the concierge, and the guy who came to deliver things was very polite. The guest rooms are clean and dust-free, and the bedding is dry and tidy and free of smoke smell. What kind of bicycle do you need for four to five hundred yuan? It’s already very good. The front office is a Waterloo in comparison. When checking in, when I started to make eye contact with the staff when I was 3 meters away from the front desk, all four people at the front desk lowered their heads and checked their phones, and no one took the initiative to say hello. Knowing that we were not traveling in a group and only needed one room, they gave us a connecting room without informing us. As soon as I entered the room, there was a door facing the bed... I called the front desk to ask for a room change, and the front desk tried to argue with me, saying that the door was locked blabla. Who doesn’t know it’s locked? The problem is that if it can be locked, there is a key to open it. Unless there is a companion in the next room, few people can help it. I left the license plate number when I checked in, but when the car came out, I couldn't get out. I called the front desk and found that the license plate number was wrong. I saw that the front desk was not very busy. I didn't see a long line to check in? Why is it so rough to do something? Overall, the price/performance ratio is very good, the service is disappointing but the room conditions are relatively good."

"Loudi 418 Huatian Hotel brought me a stay experience that exceeded expectations and must be given a five-star praise! The hotel is located in Changqing Middle Street in the city center, directly opposite the district government, the location is excellent, the travel is particularly convenient, surrounded by Marriott City Plaza, Chunyuan Pedestrian Street and other business districts, eating, drinking and playing. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt the spacious and bright environment and a faint fragrance. The decoration was simple and atmospheric. I stayed in a smart big bed room. I could control the whole house equipment by voice when I was lying on the bed and moving my mouth. The room was clean and tidy, the mattress was moderately firm and the bedding was skin-friendly and comfortable. What impressed me most was the hotel's service. The check-in efficiency at the front desk was high, the staff was warm and thoughtful, and they took the initiative to help with luggage and introduce surrounding attractions. The room service responded quickly and could be solved within a few minutes. The breakfast is rich and varied and tastes authentic. The hotel also provides free parking, gym and other facilities, and the overall price is super high. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, this is a great choice, and I will definitely stay in Loudi next time!"
