"This stay was excellent. The hotel's overall operation was standardized and orderly, and the self-check-in system was convenient and saved us a lot of time. The front desk staff were also very helpful, proactively assisting us with our luggage as soon as we entered the lobby. We were very satisfied with the customer service. The hotel has a free parking lot in the backyard, which is in a great location. The hotel environment was exactly as pictured – clean, tidy, and well-designed. There's also a 24-hour convenience store next to the hotel, which was convenient for us to go downstairs to buy things if we got hungry at night. What surprised me most was the robot food delivery service. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the overnight stay was great. The hotel's public areas were elegantly designed, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travel."
