Highway hotel with basic amenities. Not suitable for long stays. Bad restaurant

the experience was very good from start to finish. staff were very helpful, the facilities were very good and i mean very good (Bar, lounge, restaurant, Pizzeria, Sky TV with football) the food was very good and they are pet friendly. a very large facility, i will definitely stay there again

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hygiene is bad, the room is bad, there is no sunshine, and the front desk service is even worse. When I called a taxi, they said they didn't have time! It's unbelievable

I stayed there many times in the name of the company and it all felt good, so I booked it once by myself, but I was very disappointed. We booked two rooms first, and then because we couldn’t find the second room with our passport names, we thought the last reservation was unsuccessful, so we immediately booked another room. After a minute or two, waiter A discovered the other room we had booked, so we asked for help during the communication. Cancel the room you just booked. I also called Ctrip, who helped communicate, and everything seemed to go smoothly. But waiter B showed up and when he saw me, he immediately put on a mask and then said that he could not return the room because the reservation instructions required that the room could be returned 48 hours in advance. I just made a reservation about 5 minutes ago, and check-in is immediate. Where does it take 48 hours? I have been traveling around here for ten years, and this is the first time I have encountered such poor service. I used to use local companies to book for me, but this is my first time booking by myself! Finally, we were placed on the 0th floor. You can drive directly to the room at the door of the room. The sound of the air conditioner in the room could not be turned off. I am deeply disappointed with the service of this hotel. Maybe this place is not suitable for Asians.

Très bien reçu par le personnel de l’accueil, Propreté et confort de la chambre. Emplacement de parking gardé 24h/24 A mi-chemin entre Milan et Como: pratique pour faire la halte d’une nuit et rejoindre la Belgique le lendemain.

Wij boeken dit hotel jaarlijks als tussenstop om dan verder door te reizen naar onze eindbestemming in Italië. Ideale ligging vlakbij de autostrade! Steeds propere kamer en badkamer. Handig dat er een restaurant in het hotel is, kan je meteen aan tafel. Lekker eten!

Wir hatten das Hotell für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise von Süd Italien nach Deutschland um früh morgens durch den Gotthardt Tunnel fahren zu können. Das Hotel liegt an der Autobahn nahe Como. Parkplätze sind jede Menge vorhanden. Wir hatten eine Suite für 3 Personen. Diese war sehr geräumig und ein tolles modernes Bad mit 2 Waschbecken, Dusche, WC und sogar Whirlpool. Es gab Klimaanlage und TV. Inkludiert war Frühsrück. Da wir sehr früh aufbrachen wurde es uns eine Lunchbox beim checkout out gegeben anstelle des Frühstücks. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Restaurant wo man abends essen kann. In der fussläufigen Umgebung hibt es keine Möglichkeiten zu essen. Wir bewerten die Lage als ausgezeichnet da es für unsere Zweck 2 Minuten entfernt an der Autobahnauffahrt liegt, aber noch weit genug entfernt um kein Auto Lärm zu hören
