The house owner, Martin, was great with serving customers and willing to share his ideas. The room had enough amenities, such as a clean washroom. Other than that, you can see some beautiful paintings around the hotel.

So glad found this lovely guest house. Fantastic location, lovely room with a really comfy bed and great shower. The breakfast was delicious, I had full monty and my partner had a mushroom omelette which was huge and very tasty. The owner Martin couldn't have been more helpful and chatty, a lovely man. We will definitely stay here again.

Just returned from a 3 night stay. We absolutely loved it. The room was nice. Beds were lovely and comfy. The breakfast was amazing, proper full English. The host Martin was great nothing was too much to ask. He’s a lovely guy with a great sense of humour. We bought some of his home made jam too. Best cherry jam I have ever tasted. Thanks Martin we will definitely be back 😊

What an excellent place to stay. Very comfy bed, clean throughout, great breakfast cooked to order, central location with the main street and the sea front very short walks away. The owner Martin is a great host and makes you so welcome. And to top it all, No.9 has to be the best value guest house in Llandudno

We have just returned from a 3 night stay and Martin, the host, could not do enough for us. Very accommodating and friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and nothing was too much trouble! The guest house is located in the middle of the town with everything within walking distance which enabled us to only use one car once to visit a National Trust property. However, there are plenty of bus and train routes close by. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Fantastic location, right in the mix of everything you could want in terms of pubs, shops, restaurants and the beach. Martin is the host with the most, nothing is too much trouble and he's a wizard in the kitchen too. I left every day with a tummy and didn't need lunch once! Very comfortable room, bed was like lying on a cloud, and it's like a home from home. Thanks Martin!
