The Manor Hotel

Bed was very uncomfortable. the shower was cold, and the water pressure wasn't great. Dusty skirting boards, one socket in the room didn't work. Breakfast wasn't great either it said continental, very limited choice for a continental breakfast.

there was no headboard on the bed , there was plaster falling off the wall next to the stool which only just fit and that was where the tea making things were so you couldnt use it .under the radiator there was a hole and you could see into the cavity, and finally the curtains were falling off the fitting.

I stayed at The Manor Hotel with friends and absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t be better right on the Llandudno seafront with stunning views of the bay and the Great Orme. You can step straight out for a lovely walk along the promenade or grab an ice cream by the beach. The hotel itself has a warm old fashioned charm very clean and comfortable. My room was cosy with a lovely sea view perfect for a morning cuppa while watching the waves. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful always smiling and happy to chat which made the stay feel really homely. Breakfast was spot on too plenty of choice and served hot and fresh. Excellent value for money for such a great spot. Would definitely recommend The Manor Hotel to anyone visiting Llandudno who wants a relaxing break right by the sea. I’d happily stay again.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location of the hotel is simply stunning — our room offered an incredible view where we could see both the sea and the mountains at the same time! It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty around us. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. I would highly recommend Hotel Manor to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with spectacular views and great service.

Can't believe this is a 3 star hotel!! It should be closed down. We stayed for 1 night we were put in a basement room (room 1), it was damp and dirty, a view of a wall with filthy windows and bags of cement outside, curtains hanging off the rail. A large foot stool in front of the window covering a large hole in the floor. Carpets and curtains stained, and 10 empty bottles of beer left in the wardrobe. The bathroom wasn't any better, stained floor and bath, cracked sink with wonky shelf and only 2 lights working so was quite dark. Toilet not properly plumbed so would make a loud noise every few minutes even during the night which kept us awake. Would not recommend clearly the owners couldn't give a damn. No one around to complain to even when we checked out. Please avoid !!!! Only gave 1 star as it wouldn't let me give 0.

We had a family holiday during the week here and it was a great experience. Hotel's location is excellent, we had a lovey sea facing room. It was good value for money I would say. Breakfast overlooking at the sea and service provided by the manager Ross was great. My family always felt like home there and all requests were accommodated nicely by the staff. Would surely return again here.
